Delighted with Steve and the service e I received. I was in negative equity on my car and and received quotes to buy it that were 500 to 2000 less than the outstanding finance. The car had a missing key, paintwork defects and poor service history. Steve bought my car and cleared off the finance with absolutely no pressure or low balling. I wasn't even buying a car from him I just needed some help. The deal was agreed within 10 minutes of inspecting the car and the finance company paperwork handed over the dame day. Thanks very much Steve, I can now enjoy my new salsac car without the stress of being in debt.

Got my used Audi A5 from Evans Halshaw East Kilbride in January this year. I left it for 6 months before leaving a review to see if anything went wrong with the car but it has been faultless. Interaction with the dealership was ideal- not too pushy, but helpful when required, and Steve R was knowledgeable about the car and all the relevant info and processes. Would recommend.

Highly recommend this branch. Buying my new car was so hassle free. Everything required of me was explained in Layman's terms with no pressure. My rep was Jason Ferguson who made everything really easy and care free. Even though he was very knowledgeable and professional, we still had a good laugh and a joke. The car is fantastic, got it for a great price and the customer service was exceptional. I hope I don't need a new car for a long time because I love this one but if I do, I know where I'm going.

My car was written off when I was hit from behind by another car. Due to being a single mum who works within community in the NHS it was important that I replaced my car to allow me to carry out my work..
I searched for a replacement car and found a Peugeot 2008 which was 3 years old in Evan Halshaw, East Kilbride. For £13500 it appeared to be my ideal replacement.
I returned to the garage for a test drive and thereafter agreed to buy the car but my brother noticed it had no car jack in the boot. This should have been a warning. We also had to persuade the garage to supply car mats which were also not in the car.
On purchasing the car I ordered a wheel saver to allow me to be safe iif ever I had a puncture. When this arrived I went to put it into the car boot. At this point I noticed there was no wrench to remove the wheel nuts and also no wheel locking nut. I at this point removed the bolt caps to discover that infact the car had no locking nuts on any of the tyres.
It appeared that the garage had stripped the car of the usual accessories supplied with these cars.
The car also showed a warning light about a week following my purchase. I phoned the garage and was told to bring the car in the following week to get it checked and when I would have the car in the garage I would be able to speak to the sales manager about the missing items.
When I arrived at the garage I had to wait for just over three hours to be told the car needed an overnight charge and the sales manager was infact on a day off so was not available.
Staff agreed to speak to him the following day and get back to me.
Despite two further calls to the garage I have still not heard back. This is despite speaking to a member of staff who reassured me she had passed the two messages from my calls onto him.
I have since now had to purchase the items mentioned (wrench, locking wheel nuts, a battery charger and hazard warning triangle) an expense I could well do without after spending £13500 on a car.
This is a garage who are eager to get your money but appear to strip the car of items that should be there before handing it over to you. And not the least bit interested in communicating with the customer about problems they have encountered. Infact they ignore all calls!
Buyer beware! It is not a garage I will be using again.
Despite emailing customer service as advised in reply below the communication is appalling. A phone call from Gary at East Kilbride store and informed he would phone me back. A week later and still waiting on return call!

Friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Had the car now for a few months and delighted with same. Had to take it back whilst under warranty for a noise and they were thorough and checked the whole car and provided a video at no cost to me. One minor issue if you plan to trade in your car I might suggest you try elsewhere as their trade in prices are not the best.
