Worst Management. They are unable to solve customer problems. They get lost trying to find a solution, Service is pathetic, and they lie to you when they say they have solved the problems. They only want to sell their products but do not offer anything good in exchange. I do not recommend to anyone.

I went to collect a Ford mondo but had bin damaged Iain rothwell went out his way to found a other car that was better standard another one he was very patient with me as this was the first time I’ve purchased a new car from a dealership I would recommend him to anyone he went out of his way beyond and I thank him for all his hard work

I had the best experience with Terence Lee when buying my car had tried to get it delivered to the hull branch but was unfortunately a bad experience with trying to get a delivery ended up driving all the way to Manchester and having the best experience for Terrence Lee would definitely recommend the Manchester branch if you could to buy a used Kia or anything used they have a very good working knowledge of the system

Avoid at all costs! Bought a Fiesta for my sons 18th 7 months ago that has cost us in excess of £2,000 to bring up to a working and safe condition. Having only done 400 miles since purchasing this is clearly down to a car sold, not fit for purpose and a vehicle that should not have passed an MOT! Complaints raised at Altrincham Evans Halshaw have been met with complete rejection of any willingness to help in resolving the issues or make any contribution as apparently this is deemed as acceptable maintenance costs on a car that has done 67k miles. Now off to go legal, so anyone looking for a car don't go here!
