Came to Shrewsbury after reserving a vehicle we liked. Jake was helpful over the phone to initially sort this. Upon arrival we met with Jake who allowed us the time to look around the vehicle and ask any questions we had.

Glad the test drive was unaccompanied as this gave us a better understanding and feel for the car. There was no pressure from Jake to purchase but we were happy to go ahead, and it was a very relaxed and stress-free process, allowing us to transfer the money in our own time once we got home.

We also used the delivery service which was great - Simon called us on the day with regular updates on his ETA and gave me some tips and advice on the car and its features.

We liased with Jake for our car purchase . He provided an excellent, very efficient, professional and knowledgeable service and went the extra mile by collecting us from the train station as we had travelled some distance to collect our car. It’s our first time buying from Carstore and feel we have purchased a good quality car. Would use again and recommend.

Went to look at the cars available today, not 1 person asked if we needed any help. felt like I was invisible, ill spend my money elsewhere.

Very poor after sales. Purchased the Premium Guarantee for 24 months. Within 11 months had issues with the car.
Service department took the car straight away to the garage which was amazing but then took one week to even look at the car, then realised they did not have the correct cables for a diagnosis. All in all took more than 3 weeks to rectify the problem.
Due to work commitments I had to rent a car for 7 days and when contacting the Premium Guarantee over email they tell me that there is no claim under my policy and that the car rental cover does not cover booking and parts delays.

Have had the car for 3 days now and still waiting for the garage to email me any evidence that that have even contacted their own insurance.

The manager for the Shrewsbury service department tried to argue that they can't possibly have all parts for every car, which I fully agree, but all I am asking is for them to have the right equipment for diagnosis for a car they sold me on the same location and also sold me a Premium Guarantee for.

Over the 3 weeks I had to call numerous times and almost beg to have updates.
With the absolute nonsense that was happening the minimum you would expect is that the store gets in touch with the client, not the opposite.

This is not the first time they don't have a "cable". After the last service, which I also paid extra for when purchasing the car, they also couldn't reset the service warning and were asking me to go to the main dealer to get it reset.

All in all, great sales department and very poor service department.
Definitely would not recommend or buy a car myself from them again.
