Ethicalsuperstore Omdömen

Excellent quality and very fast delivery…amazing value for money would definitely recommend and will be ordering more

Love Ethical Superstore and my chocs arrived in perfect condition. The best place to get Booja Booja!
I wish they has begun Christmas stocks earlier as I have already done my Christmas shopping in advance to risk disappointment of getting things last minute.
Great store, great products, great service!

Large selection of competitively priced products. Good delivery times. I also love their community support donations and work

The glasses I ordered are for a gift so I have not used them. Ordering them was very easy on the Ethicalsuperstore site. I was kept informed of delivery and found this site very friendly and helpful. I would order from them again.

I will never buy from them again. Bought some staff and after 3 delivery attempts Evri sent it back to them. Fine... I contacted customer service and asked if I can change the address and the answer was no, because Pay Pal requires the order to be delivered to the address they have provided. Understand. Then I sked for a refund and this is when all my trouble started. It's been more then a month, and several emails were sent and nothing. They will reply and say that they contacted accounts team and asked to make a refund asap, and nothing will happen. The very last email was ignored and nobody bothered to replied to me. I still didn't get my money back and they most likely sold staff that was returned to them to someone else. How unfair is that.

A great ethical online shop, lots of choice and good prices, seedy delivery too.

My interactions, thus far, indicate the Customer Service are not too ethical afterall.
Fervently hope products are genuine and not fakes, as I am still awaiting the delivery. This is 1st time I used this retailer.

I bought some expensive bedsheets from Ethical Superstore, which when they arrived had a very synthetic silk feel. I knew immediately they were not what I wanted. I did not use them. So I repackaged them and called to get a returns address, only to be told that as I had opened the box, I couldn't return them. How on earth is anyone supposed to know whether a product is right for them when shopping online if they can't open the box without invalidating their right to return. Really wanted to like this store as it's hard to find ethical retailers, but it seems their ethics don't extend as far as their customers.

Truly exceptional customer service received.

Two years ago I ordered a bokashi bin set. I phoned up last week to ask if it would be possible to purchase some replacement lids as mine had now cracked. Very polite person on the phone said they would contact the manufacturer to see if they could be bought separately and get back to me.

Got home today to find a package with two replacement lids inside. Thank you so much for sorting this!

Fantastic products, and all very ethical

Parcel arrived promptly as stated.Beautifully packed. The dates were delicious, fresh, plump.A real treat for us - better than chocolate with a nice cup of tea! - and so good for you

High quality products, delivered quickly in sustainable packaging.

Excellent service, great products, and timely delivery.

Despatched quickly. The items were as described and I'm delighted with all three. The coffee and herbal tea are delicious; the soap made an instant improvement to my dry hands. I'll definitely be coming back for more! Thank you for great service.

Excellent service as usual, items delivered on time.

As usual Ethical Superstore have provided an excellent product at a good price. I couldn't resist the colours of these basket sets, have already got the shallow baskets in the ocean colourway. Beautifully made products. Not sure who I am giving them to at this point.

Thank you to the Artisans who made them. Five stars all round.

I really appreciate the large range of products and the ethical tags which make shopping much easier. Good to know country of origin and whether something is palm oil free, fair trade or whatever.

Ethical Superstore is always efficient in my experience, I am very happy with the service provided and with the goods too!

I am still with them after 9 years. Ethical are friendly, helpful and efficient, their choices are good, their quality excellent, packaging thoughtful and effective, their service bar none and when things go wrong ( rarely), they fix them immediately and efficiently with no quibbling. When I got things wrong, they bent over backwards to adjust my order in time. Plus planet friendly. A little beacon in this dismal economy.
