Scam site. No products
Bought a game and it never showed up. Emailed and they promised it would be resent and nothing came. They will respond to emails but you'll never get your product.

SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! 🚨 If I could give a 0, I would. Unfortunately, I fell for this scam. Online purchasing, you click on a picture and you expect to receive what you clicked on. I bought a necklace in Feb 2026, did not receive it until April 2026 and then it wasn’t what I chose. It was a cheap version, not even the same color. When I asked for a refund, I was offered 3 USD for inconvenience. They are FRAUDULENT!

Joke more like scam
Ordered a very nice looking baseball cap, what I received was a cheap nasty second rate cap, they did offer me $6.00 for my inconvenience, the item cost $54.00 so $6.00 wasn't going to cut it, Etherealls is not a company that you would want to deal with

This company is a joke they do not send…
This company is a joke they do not send you the product you ordered and paid! I ordered a product and was sent something that did NOT even looks close to what I ordered took 2mths to receive! I emailed them only got 6.00 refund since it was coming from China. Which is not what it advertise the location the product was being shipped from Italy and now it came from china ; a 30+ product looks like a 5.00 product!

Don’t use the company ever …
This company is a scam and real people don’t answer your complaints waited for an advent calendar that I ordered in Sept …they told me to give it has a gift once I receive it’s now Dec3 it’s not coming but they have my money ….

I'm sure this company is a scam
I'm sure this company is a scam. I purchased an Advent Calendar which I know now was an AI generated photo, which they changed to show different animals. Never received It & they kept giving me the runaround. Thankfully Visa refunded my money & is dealing with them.

Not sure if I will get my package.
Right now I don’t know if I will get my product or not. I put in my order on Oct. 15th and it is now Nov. 15 and I just now got the tracking number after 3 emails with customer service. Then the tracking has not been updates since Oct 18th when it said it was in Dublin. No idea where it is now or if it will make it.
