This is a fraud/scam, I hope people read the comments here before buying anything from Boptional

I ordered 2 birdhouses from Boptional on 12/7. They sent fake tracking numbers. I still have not received the order. After several attempts to reach customer service I decided to contact my bank and report fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible! I ordered something off Facebook, stupid me! Never got product even though I had a delivery confirmation from some 17 Track company. Could get no help from customer service getting a refund or replacement. Definitely a scam

I ordered a blanket you can color on with Sharpies, but my gut told me to verify as soon as I submitted the order. I found the original seller who is a small business, and they stole her videos to sell whatever the product ends up actually being. (I notified and purchased directly from her as soon as I figured it out.) I say “ends up” because the company claims everything is MADE IN USA and they are In Mississippi, but the package is being shipped from China. I definitely wouldn’t have purchased it, and I known that even without knowledge of the theft of artwork from others. I also say “ends up” because I ordered it over a month ago and just keep getting notices that it was shipped and is going through customs. Their policy states no refunds after 30 days. I sent them an email to cancel it less than five minutes after ordering as I quicklyfigured out it was counterfeit. A day or so later, I get an email from boptional that it was shipped. I replied to the shipment email telling them I already requested a cancellation. They then told me it was too late because it had already been shipped but for me to wait and see if I was satisfied when I got it. Well, of course they want you to wait because then the 30 days will be up, and they will say they don’t have to refund you. Luckily, I immediately called my credit card company and they gave me a refund. Who knows what will arrive or if it will arrive, but I definitely advise against making any purchases from this company.

This company is totally a scam! I wish I had checked the reviews before I order the Halloween Noise Makers, buy three, get one free. I ordered them on September 5 and yesterday was Halloween, and they never showed up, and I doubt if they will refund my money! Do NOT order anything from them!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I bought two pumpkins for $55.00 that were listed as GLASS, I was sent two PLASTIC PUMPKINS that weren't worth $2.00 and could've bought them from a discount store. They are garbage. BUYER BEWARE, they are scammers.

I am aware that they used an influencer's video to advertise the book, which many may deem sketchy.

HOWEVER, I bought, and I received it. I even checked the pages in the book, and it's real. This seller is a legitimate seller.

With that said, I cancelled my refund and returned my money to the seller.

I am happy with my purchase, all the best to this small business.

RUN!!!! Do Not buy from them. They promote quality items then ship plastic garbage. I tried to return but of course, they want it shipped to China costing huge dollars. Highly suggest never buying anything from them. Scam artists.

Ordered, have receipt, get order confirmation email, they’ve tacked on $16 in taxes for a $50 order. Turns out they’re in China. Nothing mentioned on website about their location or tariffs (if that’s what this charge is) or I would not have ordered.

Sent email immediately to cancel order. Then called my CC company and cancelled my card and reported fraudulent transaction. Sent follow up email to Boption advising same.

Next morning email from company saying it’s too late to cancel, and I should wait until I receive the product to see if I like it. I also had a “PayPal” email returning $16. The return won’t process because the card is cancelled. I work in online card processing, risk/fraud and this company has too many red flags. AVOID

I ordered the Illuminated Starry Night Glass Pumpkins by Valerie (2 in the set). The advertisement of a lady showing these was what sold me on them. SCAM!!! Got 2 tiny plastic pumpkins that do light up but no timer. I tried to get a refund but only got $11.00. Just blows me away that this is out there. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "ASSUMED" COMPANY!!!

Bioptional sent me a Hand Painted Enchanted Witch and advertised it as 45cm tall and they knowingly sent me a 19cm very small statue. when i inquired about exchanging it for the advertised statue or money refunded i was offered a $3 refund for the inconvenience. We will never shop with them again.
BUYER BEWARE

Ordered the 2 pumpkins and paid $68 and only received 1 small. Said they would only reimburse $7.00. Definite a scam company.

This company is a scam for sure. They advertised a beautiful set of 3 pumpkins, and overcharged me $49, and then finally after about 1 month, I received one tiny $1.98 pumpkin! They sent false tracking reports etc. They need to be stopped. Don't order from them!!

This business is a sham. Ordered glass pumpkins for $32.00. Received a small plastic pumpkin. After complaining they offered a $7.00 refund. Wish I could give them zero stars.

They advertised glass illuminated pumpkins. I bought 2 sets for $58. Supposedly they were in the USA. S&H, and tax came to $71. Shipping supposedly from Germany according to the tracking.
I received to small plastic pumpkins instead from Abby in Chicago. When I contacted the company they said they would only reimburse me $17 at best!
