Purchased a long stemmed red rose and it came within 2 days - it was absolutely beautiful and came in a gorgeous presentation box. I'm delighted with my purchase. Also e-mailed the company with a query and got a very friendly and helpful answer back the same morning.

Eternal blossom have done it again
Eternal blossom have done it again! Finally a flower company who have been able to take my vision and create it for me, I always get a Christmas arrangement made and this year as I’d previously bought a long stem rose I thought I’d email Eternal Blossom with an idea I had. They were very responsive with ideas and suggestions to help bring together what has just been delivered to me and I can’t wait to give to my fiancée in a few days time!

Bought flowers that were promised to last 365 days back in July, but the petals started falling off by November. Contacted the page and told them about this, and despite telling them I followed the guidelines, they said I clearly didn’t and told me they wouldn’t contact me anymore and closed the case. Wrote and honest review about it on Trustpilot, and they flagged it as abuse… given a product that was falsely advertised and then they refuse to let my review be posted. Very mature people running the business. Don’t sell bad product to people and then expect them not to earn others about it after you fail to give a replacement or a refund.

Your initial review was flagged on Trustpilot as it contained accusations about our staff that when we reviewed the situation were simply not true and also slanderous. In regards to your experience with us, as previously mentioned in our initial reply -
Our 365 day guarantee against our roses dying is detailed on our website with clear examples of what is and what isn’t covered, you’ll find a link to it in our banner on the top of the website and also in the footer of the website. As stated in the guarantee, we have no problem honouring the guarantee if any of our roses die like a fresh rose would.
Having again reviewed the email conversations with yourself, the pictures you provided of the arrangement purchased did not resemble dead roses.
It’s disappointing to see accusations made against our staff in your review, at no point on the email conversation with yourself did our staff call you a liar, nor did they ignore your emails. It’s also disappointing to see the nature of the email and live chat messages they were subjected to from yourself.

I cannot emphasis enough, how excellent this company is!
When you are buying online products, it is very difficult to know what the quality of goods are like, if they are giving you value for money, will the goods look like advertised on the website and if you have any issues, how responsive will the company be.
I can highly recommend this company on all counts!
I wanted a beautiful gift for a wedding and their customer services guided me into want would look best and most appropriate.
They were a hundred percent right and when I receive the goods they were even better than I had expected and good value for money (as I had checked similar goods on other sites).
In addition, to this I had problems with the post in my area and the company went all out to ensure I receive the goods in time ... and I did. Not just that, the bride to be, absolutely adored them.

This is such a lovely and exceptional company. Their customer service is excellent, my query was dealt with so quickly and with such care, a real desire to help their customers … unheard of these days!
Excellent value for money too, as I had researched the same product (everlasting roses in round hat box) everywhere and Eternal Blossom came out as best value for a beautiful product.

They were a gift for my cousin, and it’s safe to say she absolutely loves them! The flowers are amazing beautiful, and the packaging box that they came in was stunning. Will definitely be purchasing something again!

And I was amazed of the service I received.
It took one week of ordering for my mum to Receive it. I could track it all the way.when she received it
IT WAS BEAUTIFUL 😍 I have used other companies to send flowers and I have been very disappointed.

Blown away with the quality
Ordered a 12 box of roses for my partner. Arrived next day and wow I was blown away by the quality. These have been in our hallway now for around 8 months and still look as perfect as the day they arrived. Will be ordering more for gifts this Christmas.
