I have sympathy with those folk who have expressed their frustrations below. However, in the end the company came through with a great product. The reason this ain’t a five star review is one word: communication. If it’s going to be late, that’s fine, but please let me know. I shouldn’t have to be chasing all the time. Anyway, great product, super folk (Jack and Scott), but do spare a thought for the PBC (‘poor bloody customer’)

Great product, price and service (Indonesian teak table and benches). Helpful sales and delivery staff. Driver (Dan) was cheerful and courteous, kept updated re delivery time, assembled the table and removed all packaging.
Despite reservations about buying on the internet, this company delivered what they promised with the reassurance that, if dissatisfied, the goods could be returned for full refund.

I cannot compliment this company enough on their customer service. I ordered 2 chairs from them. When they arrived one of the chairs had been damaged. I contacted Eterna who didn't quibble in the slightest and said they would get one to me straight away. It arrived the next day. There are a lot of companies who could learn a lot from these guys - I will buy from them again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

The customer service and delivery team have been brilliant. Have made sure our needs and requests are priority. Very happy with our new set, the delivery guys are really friendly happy chappies 😃

I have been very patient with Eterna home however their product and service has been poor. I ordered a table and some chairs. After a long wait, the table arrived in poor quality, bad wood used, very rough, different colours of varnish/glue used and slightly dangerous with splinters etc.. Eterna Home said they would replace the table on email after I provided pictures but they never did. After 2 months of waiting I have tried calling but they no longer pick up. The table was not cheap and also did not include the varnish that was promised on the website. Overall unacceptable, I may take the matter further out of principle.

I understand some people complaining about the delivery time - and do understand, i waited approx 7 weeks.

But I can honestly say well worth the wait.

The furniture is of a very high quality / heavy, and looks really good.

I am happy I waited.

As long as you are prepared to wait - or check delivery times before you order, I would def recommend them.

Really pleased, my delivery driver (who worked directly for the company Jack) couldnt be more helpful, he even helped build the table and take all the rubbish away.

I had to wait a bit longer than usual for my teak table but Eternahome were scrupulous in keeping in touch. It seemed there had been a problem with their supplier but I never felt I was being strung along. The table itself is elegant and strong - just what I wanted.

Beware of the pitfalls of this company. Delivery and communication are very poor. Ordered Teak patio set on 28th April, it eventually arrived 18th June!, totally unacceptable. Eternahome should warn people how long they have to wait BEFORE they order and not take customers money BEFORE items are dispatched.
Apparently Eternahome have a new Delivery company now. My order was arranged for delivery yesterday morning but it eventually arrived at 7pm (again no communication or apology). The furniture looks very good quality and excellent value for money, but wished I’d purchased from another company who could perhaps have provided a much better customer experience.

We have purchased a 6 seater table and chair set.

I've purchased items from this company many times and always experience great service, more importantly with great quality products, sometimes I've waited longer than others but when I've asked the guys on dispatch are always very forthcoming and I know my order will be there when they say it will. Thanks team we will be ordering our kitchen from you in our next project.

Current rating is for the order and delivery and not the -furniture as we’re still waiting. We ordered in April and heard nothing for a month. I then rang and was just told I’d be emailed by dispatch, which never happened so I called again. A pleasant lady told me I’d be emailed by despatch but when I questioned when, she told me to ring back on the Friday if I’d heard nothing. An email came on the Saturday telling me it would be despatched in 3 and half weeks for delivery in 2-3days. So in all, providing it arrives as per latest schedule, it will be about 2 months from order - very poor. If I could turn back time I’d go elsewhere.

I felt communication from the company could have been better, and I'm slightly disappointed with the quality of the tabletop, it's slightly uneven in parts. Delivery took around 4-5 weeks from the point of full payment. The delivery company wanted to deliver the garden furniture at six o'clock in the morning. We managed with great difficulty to negotiate a seven o'clock delivery time. We were up early, but in the end, the delivery arrived at around 8. 20 a.m. without any problem.

Really easy to navigate the website. Very good range of high quality wooden garden furniture and at the time some great deals for Spring/Summer. Comms after the order was really simple and updates to my email timely. Delivery was quick and simple. Help to assemble in the garden. Unfortunately I noticed one item missing but was emailed within an hour with item sent directly via courier.

Wish everyone offered customer service like this

I have recently taken delivery of a round 180cm teak garden table with 8 chairs. I live in Cornwall - a long way from HQ but delivery was excellent and left in a very sensible place even though I couldn't be home a the time. Unfortunately there was some damage to one chair and one table leg. Eternahome came personally and fitted a replacement leg to the table and bought a new exchange chair. The communication was excellent at all times both for delivery and responding to the damage. They would not take even a part payment until I was completely happy. Scott phoned me personally this morning to ensure all has gone well with the leg replacement, which it had. This is great customer service - all too rare these days but is much appreciated. Thank you !

Couldn't be more pleased from start to finish! being very apprehensive about buying an expensive item on line I spoke to Gary at head office he reassured me and we went ahead and purchased our the teak extendable garden table with 8 chairs. The quality is amazing and exactly what we wanted, so often the pictures on the website don't represent what you get but in this case it was the opposite the furniture is amazing quality. I must also commend the delivery driver, nothing was too much trouble he put it where we wanted it and assembled with no fuss and he was extremely courteous, we would definitely recommend Eterna

Excellent service from Eterna Home. Ordered a garden dining set but found the table a bit big for my patio. No problem they changed it, delivered it and refunded me some money. Really good company to deal with.

I recently purchased a garden set. The quality is excellent. I received excellent customer service throughout. Would definitely recommend this Company to friends. The driver arrived on time and assembled the furniture.
