Had MOT done today at ETB Nuneaton needed a part ordering due to minor fail , ordered in rang me when part had arrived took car back in for fitting and retesting within 30/40 minutes
As always⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service from these guys , professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly , no hesitation in recommending

Took my car to ETB because of sticking rear brake calliper. They replaced brake disk and pads which have no real bearing on the problem and was not requested. They must of just eased the calliper but not replace it. 3 months later the same problem problem with the same wheel. Paid over £250...wasted in my view.

Yet again ETB Barry were brilliant fitting new front brake pads. Quick and very efficient. Slight price increase over last fitting (July) of rear Brake pads. Booked in for 8am was back home by 9am. Staff are great and a credit to ETB franchise. I’d recommend them every time

I took my old Fiesta car to ETB Lydney for an MOT Test today, 12th October 2026. Although my car didn't pass the test, the fellows at the Reception Desk took the time to explain why my car had failed the test, and what my options were. The MOT Test failure was disappointing, but I received excellent customer care. Full marks to ETB Lydney for service and kindness.

Very kind man checked my tyre pressure sensor today, FOC. All good, and even reversed my car out onto road for me to keep me safe. No need to, but super appreciated all the same. Now thats what you call service.

I ordered 4 goodyear tyres and 4 wheel tracking on line when I arrived at my appointment time I was told they didn't have have the tyres that I ordered I was offered tyres I've never heard of very disappointed with my experience with this company I now have 4 new tyres from pro tyres in Brislington Bristol excellent service.

Winchester ETB fitted one of four new tyres outside in. The car failed it's MOT because of this and that tyre had to be refitted at a cost of £20. If they make such a basic error with tyres imagine how bad they are with servicing.

I have been taking our two cars to ETB Llansamlet for quite some time. All aspects of their customer care and servicing is phenomenal. Pricing is competitive and considerably cheaper than going to main dealers.
Michael and Cy have extensive knowledge on all makes of cars including executive cars.
I would recommend ETB Llansamlet to everyone, no doubt other branches provide and equally good service.

Booked an MOT at Cirencester branch. failed, booked in for repairs and retest two days later, dropped the car first thing, got a call same day when it was ready, Great customer service and competitive pricing.

Dropped spare wheel in over a week ago for a new tyre. Was told it would be ready the next day. Chased it after a week and was told it would be ready later that day. When I came in two days later it still hadn’t been done.
No contact from the branch at any point during this.
Final straw was wheel was given back to me at the counter so I had to carry it back to my car.

I recently reported an issue with ETB tyres in Witney when following a change of ownership they where unable to honour the accidently damage warranty on one of the four Bridgestone tyres that they had fitted to my car.
On my return to have a new tyre fitted at MY COST, the site manager stated that he had discussed the issue with the area manager and they had agreed to supply and fit at NO COST to me.
I think this goes above good customer service and I highly recommend WITNEY ETB tyres.

Not a place I would use again. Ordered tyres online and booked a fitting slot . I was told I would need to phone first to see if they had arrived. I did this only to be put on hold, poor customer service, zero communication. Put this down to staff on the front desk .

I have used ETB Cirencester many times and have always found them to be Polite, courteous and helpful. My visit a few days ago was no exception. James and the team got my car straight onto the ramp for 4 new tyres including fitting new tpms sensors. That job completed in great time I asked for a tracking check...an essential check with all the pot holes. It was indeed out and a few minutes later my car was ready wearing its new set of rubber and steering geometry adjusted. Great service, great prices great team.

Went in for a tyre change that was done super quick whilst I grabbed a bite to eat, very polite & helpful staff that also checked & sorted my tyre pressure for free. Massively recommend!

Had 2 MOT's completed this week plus some suspension work. Helpful and knowledgeable staff who completed the work very quickly and at a reasonable price. Jack is particularly polite and friendly.

I would like to say a big thank you to Vinnie and his staff at ETB Redditch. What ever is wrong with my car I always go to ETB Redditch, Vinnie is friendly, knowledgeable with a lot of experience he is always willing to help. This week while driving my car it started to make a horrible noise, I was on the motorway and worried I was going to brake down, I managed to get to the garage . Vinnie was open and honest and said he didn’t think he could look at the car that day, but would call me the next day, which he did. He explained what was wrong with it, an off side rear top mount, gave me a reasonable price and was able to do the job that day. I drove the car away with a smile on my face a couple of hours later. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend ETB Redditch.
