Hard to cook on
They were brilliant and came out and sorted my air flow as quickly as possible. Its been a month and I have still not managed to get the oven hot enough to cook in and get a kettle to boil which is disappointing. But warms my kitchen nicely. Had I afforded it I would have got the iron heart instead.

I had a small issue with my replacement…
I had a small issue with my replacement door glass, on contacting Esse to advise them of the problem, they immediately sent a replacement which arrived a couple of days later, very happy with the service.

Parcel arrived on time and was well…
Parcel arrived on time and was well packed, I ordered the handle for my ESSE100 door although I only needed the lever to operate the locking mechanism, I tried to fit the whole thing but it wouldn’t hold the door closed so I put the handle on the original catch, made it a bit expensive but hey it works fine allowing me to use my ESSE 100 fire. Fairly easy to find parts for an ESSE…
Fairly easy to find parts for an ESSE 100 log burner, reasonably quick service. Only issue is the web site payments, I ended up paying twice, using an iPad, because after the sale it went back to pay now page, rather than a ‘thank you your order has been placed’
