Extremely disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with the service, especially after being a loyal customer for the past 10 years. The numerous changes they’ve introduced—supposedly to improve the experience—have actually made things worse.

On several recent occasions, my old address has reappeared as the delivery address. Fortunately, I noticed in time and contacted them, and they assured me it was corrected and set to my default. My next order went through without any issues, which made this even more frustrating.

Today, I checked on another order only to discover it had once again been sent to my old address. When I contacted customer service, they tried to shift the blame onto Google, claiming the incorrect address came from my profile. This makes no sense, as this is the only company that has ever sent or attempted to send my orders to the wrong address. Thank you Escentual for the disappointing experience again!

Thank you for your feedback, are sorry to hear the frustration you have had with your order.

Upon looking on your order history - it appears that the old address is being passed to us via the Google Pay express checkout, and has only been on orders where you have used it.

We unfortunately have not control over the addresses where an express checkout is used, but would recommend you checking your Google account to double check the old address isn't hidden in there.

If you notice the incorrect address on your order confirmation and let us know - we can always fix it before your order is dispatched.

Excellent value for money

First time using this company and the experience has been excellent. The product that I purchased was heavily discounted and the delivery was top notch. Item came within two days and also the complimentary free same is a very nice touch that's appreciated! Would not hesitate to use them again

The delivery took a bit longer but…

The delivery took a bit longer but coming from the UK, it’s understandable. I love this soap and you’ve got the best price. I haven’t found your price anywhere here in the USA! Congrats for offering a great product.

Fantastic actually

I ordered some fragrance on Sunday afternoon and it arrived on Monday morning via a smiley DPD guy with a little free sample inside. Highly recommend Escentual! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
