I don’t recommended the store, poor service

I had a corner sofa delivered yesterday, I am very satisfied with the customer service and the guys who delivered the corner sofa, the gentlemen carried the corner sofa to the 2nd floor despite various obstacles along the way, they assembled it quickly, the corner sofa looks beautiful, thank you Esbfurniture!

Process was so smooth

At first I was a bit stressed ordering from a smaller company however I was surprised about how smooth everything went I was noticed about everything in advance and the process went so smooth,would definitely recommend this company plus delivery was so helpful and friendly

Very professional website. Everything was clear with many options to choose from! Customer service was brilliant, not only did they bring in the sofa in an efficient and careful manner and set it up in under 20 minutes they also went through the trouble of taking my old sofa out as I struggle with back pain. And for a fraction of the price compared to a big franchise the quality was outstanding. Very impressed. Would 100% recommend!

I was searching for a long time for a U Shaped sofa at a reasonable price and found ESB. The delivery was within the time scale promised. We ordered between Xmas and NY and the sofa was delivered within 6 weeks.

The sofa quality looks great and the sofa matches the picture perfectly.

Communication with ESB was also good. I text a couple of times for delivery updates and they always came back to me promptly.

Delivery drivers were also really friendly and helpful. They had the sofa in position within 15 mins (we have tight/awkward access) and no damage to the sofa or property trying to get it in the room which I was concerned about.

All in all, really happy and would definitely recommend ESB Furniture.

Received the Sofa this week with no problems smooth and helpful customer service plus a plethora of choice of different types of sofas and materials. Order was quick and convenient sofa was well wrapped and the delivery drivers showed great care not only to the sofa but around my home showing great customer service and set it up in 15 minutes! The sofa looks great just and most importantly feels amazing. Overall great company and would 100% recommend. And of course a fraction of the price of English manufactures can’t get better than this. Thank you will definitely recommend!

Had my sofa for around 2 years, when it first arrived I was happy with it (although it was a bit firm it was decent for the price). 2 years on and its fallen to bits, very uncomfy and needs to be replaced. When I contacted the company to arrange replacements they showed very poor communication and customer service. I would definitely not reccomend this company

Very poor. Was advised the sofa would come before or by 3rd December. No contact to inform us of any issues only until I called on 1st December to get a delivery update. The sofa was not even manufactured yet! Issues from factory in Poland due to Covid. The factory should be informing of their issues and not waiting till last minute and not even tell their customers. Very poor. Now we are without a sofa with no chance to get one before Christmas. Not even a discount to use if we stayed with them. Very very unhappy.

Excellent sofa at a very good price thank you had to wait quiet a while but is made brand new so can’t really complain thank you sofa is amazing

Ordered a corner sofa from here, not only was it an extremely good price, the colours and material available are so flexible with atleast 30 choices which I was super impressed with because I couldn’t find a white leather sofa I liked anyway. Of course with it being made to order furniture and the pandemic wait times where quite long but overall impressed with the service given delivery drivers and customer service side where very helpful. Sofas discoloured abit and stitchings not quite as tight as when I first got it but for less than £700 for a large corner sofa can’t ask for much more.

Purchased a corner suite from these guys for our second lounge, excellent quality item which is made very well, when you compare it to a DFS item you would wonder why they are so expensive and are they worth it. Delivery was painless and the item arrived well wrapped.
Go on try them you won’t be disappointed..

I recently requested several fabric samples from ESB Furniture with a view to purchasing a Ricotti IV u-shaped sofa. A full week later I gave them a call to chase the samples, as the contact form on the website wasn't functioning. A very friendly employee apologised, gave me some tips on the best options for pet-friendly fabric, then promptly forgot to send me the samples again.
I called again last week. Again I was apologised to, again the employee was very friendly, but it is now three weeks after I requested samples and I have still received nothing.
Sadly, if I cannot rely on them to deliver samples efficiently, I cannot trust them to deliver a valuable sofa. I hope they review their processes to give future customers a better experience, as they have a nice selection of furniture and (in my experience) pleasant staff, but clearly something is wrong either with their communications or their processes!

Delivery after 12 weeks as opposed to the 4-6 weeks promise.
When we got the delivery the sofa was covered by saw dust everywhere.
There were some certain signs of careless craftsmanship, 4 really bad drill holes on the upholstery (with no attempt to cover them up) 4 brackets and hooks were bolted in the wrong direction we had to get them off and put them back in the right way. I raised the issues to customer service who did not get back to me. Anyway they are not good at answering the phone. Unfortunately there is no option to attach photos but it would worth a look at them.
