My wife and i used EP Cleaners a little while back and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

Luis and Team Madeira arrived on time and worked tirelessly and efficiently the whole time they were at the property.. The quality of the clean is like nothing I have ever seen before – everything is totally immaculate and the attention to detail is frightening. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Luis, his team and EP Cleaners to anyone wanting either a deep clean or just a thoroughly professional job.

Let down by a new landlord who not only hadn't done a minimum end-of-tenancy clean on a very filthy house but hadn't even moved out the former tenants on the day I was due to take over the property, I turned to Google to find some help getting rid of the health hazard I had put a hefty deposit and a month's rent in advance on.
EP Cleaners responded promptly to my email. They called to get more details and explain their procedures, and recommended a crew of two rather than the four my panicked brain insisted were needed to get the job done. They assured me that, if necessary, they would be happy to return and re-do the job.
The appointment was scheduled for barely a day later and the girls showed up half an hour early, and, bless them, immediately got to work. And I just knew all would be well when one of them asked if I had a screwdriver so she could open and clean between the glass panels of the oven!
When I got back from work it was like walking into a different house. The bathroom tiles and fixtures were sparkling, the carpet looked new, the oven, washing machine, dishwasher and cabinets - completely free of grime, grease, caked dust and lime scale.
Maybe I could've just used Cilit Bang. But I'm rather glad I found EP Cleaners instead and I have no hesitation recommending their services to friends, family and total strangers alike.

I used EP Cleaners for two houses and each time the cleaners did a great job. They turned up on time, with the number agreed and worked hard to clean both houses far better than I ever could.

EP Cleaners were no nonsense and professional from start to finish. From discussing a possible deep clean in SE London and trying to work out scale of the job, to organising the diary, to the flexibility of being able to go and collect keys from agents and let themselves in, clean and then let themselves out and return the keys having cleaned the place thoroughly.

They were consistently prompt in returning phone calls. [name] was excellent in sending text messages back updating on progress and confirming all ok (such as availability of keys etc) and even dealt with a post clean query on a Sunday promptly and professionally.

Can't fault them at all. Would recommend for sure.

The clean went very well, they brought all the necessary equipment and did everything that they were asked to. they worked quietly and efficiently and were very pleasant. We have used EP Cleaners 6 times over the last 2 years on our large property in Blackheath. The cleaners have always been polite and work very hard. Nothing is to much trouble. We would definitely recommend their cleaning services.

We had a lot of building work down and the house had not been cleaned in a year. I was nervous paying such a lot for the clean but it was completely worth it! I am very hard to please and have trialed many regular cleaners because I always think I could have donw better but this time, really, they exceeded my expectations. Well done. I am adding to the above review as we had a couple of cleaners from EP Cleaners back to concentrate on a few specific cleaning tasks - nothing major, just one room, a hall, 2 or 3 light stains on new carpets and cleaning the inside of two windows where tape had made sticky marks. We had booked 12 hours at a cost of £240 so were pretty confident that would be more than adequate. The cleaners arrived 15 minutes late without apology and then spent an additional 10 minutes getting their stuff out of the their car. They were reluctant to use a dilute cleaning solution I asked them to use to clean the room despite having cleared its use with Eamonn on the previous visit and so wasted 3 of the 12 hours by not following instructions and having to clean the room all over again. There were scratches on the new wooden floor after they had finished which I had not noticed before and they said they hadn't brought the right cleaner with them to take the sticky marks off the window so couldn't do them. Basically, there was little improvement if any when they left (on time). I emailed to express my disappointment and the response was a little scathing although I was told Eamonn would be in touch. Three months later and still no contact....! Disappointing - for the price you pay you should be able to expect excellent results. My regular cleaner at less than half the price would have done a better job. Sorry but I wouldn't use again.

I cannot recommend EP Cleaners highly enough; they are friendly, efficent and easy to work with. The standard of cleaning is exceptional and they go out of their way to assist with any reasonable requests. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody; the standard of cleaning speaks for itself.

The cleaning service provided by EP cleaners when I was finishing the tenancy on a property I had been in for 2 years was fantastic! I booked them very last minute, but the manager was really helpful in finding a time to suit us both and was really flexible when the original agreed day was no longer suitable for me. The cleaners arrived promptly, had everything they needed with them and got straight onto the job. They were polite and friendly. The end result was amazing! Better than I could ever have imagined and a thousand times better than I could have done myself! I hadn't cleaned the oven once in the time i lived there and they made it spotless! It was value for money and I would definitely use them again.

Found EP Cleaners online at the last minute & was pleased as they agreed to remove stale food left by the tenant in the freezer - not pleasant. They quoted quite high but arrived promptly on the day and got to work. Their manager did contact us during the morning to say they wouldn't be able to complete a full clean in the time, which with 2 cleaners for 6 hours each in a small 2-bed seemed a bit strange. Still, the agent has been been in since and commented that it looks very neat and tidy so possibly that reflects their standards as much as anything. The cleaners also let us know when they found jewellery at the property, which was very honest. Not cheap but very professional so thanks EP.

I needed a deep professional clean and the service was amazing right from the start. I requested a quote on a Sunday and a few minutes latter I received a phone call to discuss my requirements. (On a Sunday!). Further questions that I had were responded to very quickly and thoroughly, which gave me the level of confidence and trust I needed.

Whilst I received cheaper quotes from other companies they just didn't give me the confidence. And if you are letting someone into your home to clean you need that. The cleaners did an amazing job. The place was spotless and the oven and shower looked like new! Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Can't quite believe how 2 people can do so much in 6 hours. Left a flat in need of a spring clean and came back to every surface, window, fitting and appliance absolutely gleaming. Incredibly professional and worth every penny.

We have used Epcleaners on several occasions now and have been impressed with the professionalism of their staff. They have been very friendly and accommodating and following agency check in our property always scored very highly!

We recently moved into a house where we had builders knocking down walls, plastering and generally making a mess. There were splatters of plaster everywhere, particularly around the window frames and on the windows.

EP sent two cleaners round who started working from 8am. They worked solidly for 6 hours and the place was transformed. We could finally see out of the windows! Normal cleaning utentsils would not have worked as well. They came with all the necessary tools leaving the house as clean as they could.
