Fantastic service
Booking the EPC was easy and straightforward. Arnold made contact with me soon after booking and was able to get me an earlier appointment than expected, which was ideal. Arnold turned up on time, explained the process fully and was complete in just under an hour. Would recommend this company to anybody.

From the point of contact, to receiving the EPC certificate, we found Arnold to be extremely professional. Arnold is a polite and courteous gentleman who explains the process of what is required to provide an EPC certificate throughly. Communication was excellent, both verbally and by e mail. I would highly recommend.
