The order was completed wonderfully
The order was completed wonderfully, pen arriving packaged with care and, whilst next working day delivery was selected, it arrived on a Saturday which was not expected. On receipt of the gift, there were nearly tears, it was, and I quote, so beautiful and heartfelt. Thank you for giving in your engraving a feeling I most wished to convey.
