Lack of communication
My wife's waited in for the parcel to arrive and then I received an email telling me it would not be delivered until the text day I spoke to Engraveitnow to find out why DPD could not deliver the jewellery box got an email from Engraveitnow informing me of the delay but no reason that is why the 3 stars my daughter is delighted with the jewellery boc

Thanks John for the honest review, We did our bit with engraving and dispatching straight away but DPD had issues in transit which are out of our control and they dont always give the reason.
I am glad your daughter loved her jewellery box and hope the wait was worth it.

Beautiful vases
Very nice vases. I purchased the 20cm and the 25cm vases and had both engraved, one for Mother’s Day and the second for a future milestone. Very satisfied with both vases. Different to the normal straight or circular ones, very nicely decorated and a conversational piece. Highly recommend this product.
