Also ich kann nichts sagen hab dort Eingezahlt und tatsächlich von einer 20 euro einzahlung 10 euro freispiele bekommen bei book of dead. Auszahlung noch am selben tag. (Wie schnell die mit den Dokumenten sind weiss ich nicht weil ich mich vor nem jahr dort angemeldet habe und es vergessen hab), freundlicher und schneller kundendienst. Jedoch bin ich bisschen entäuscht von den RTP, hab eigentlich nur gespielt weil ich noch schlechtere RTP in anderen Casinos kenne aber die solltet ihr auf jeden Fall ein kleines bisschen hochschrauben 90 --> 94. Das ich viel gewonnen habe war einfach nur hoches glück. Spielt keine hochen einsätze, euer geld ist schneller weg als ihr euch denken könnt..

Wygralam wieksza sume pieniedzy (25tys zl).
Rozpoczelam rozmowe z pania z czatu o wyplacie srodkow. Zaczela sie procedura weryfikacji, wysylania dokumentow itd itd. Trwalo to ok 4 dni. Po tym czasie wiekszosc dokumentow byla zatwierdzona i zweryfikowana pozytywnie.
Pani powiedziala, zebym byla cierpliwa i czekala na informacje z dzialu finansowego. Piatego dnia wchodze i... moje konto zostalo zablokowane, bez podania przyczyny.
Kilka godzin pozniej dostalam emaila, ze rzekomo jestem rezydentem innego kraju (gralam bedac na wakacjach).
Nie wiedzialam, ze bycie na wakacjach oznacza bycie rezydentem!
Jakos nie przeszkadzalo nikomu gdy wplacalam i tracilam swoje pieniadze bedac na wakacjach. Jednak podczas wygranej nagle stalam sie dla nich rezydentem.
Uwaga- OSZUSCI.
Przeczytalam dokladnie ich regulamin i okazuje sie, ze wlasciwie moga zablokowac kazde konto, gdy tylko im sie to podoba.
Tak wiec nie traccie czasu i kasy na tych zlodziei.

es kam ein neuer einwurf der kugel. dann kam eine andere zahl , auf der ich nichts gesetzt hatte.
das gleiche wiederholte sich etwas später mit der zahl 2. ganz deutlich war zu sehen wie die kugel in die zwei fiel. auf der zwei hatte ich einen hohen betrag placiert. wiederverschwand das bild und es kam ein neuer abwurf ..
technischer fehler ? ich bin ratlos.
auf jeden hat mein vertrauen gelitten.

Site is totally wrong ive played in many casinos over thousands of games and never seen such glitchy games in over 10 years. It simply will not bonus on certain games if you play over £1 a game as in legacy of dead played £600 without a bonus (unheard of) i asked the chat if the game was broken just to be asked for my username and instantly had my account blocked. Gambling commision should shut these sites down.

I don't understand this they probably changed something , I used energy about 1 year ago and won somethibg small like 2k euro and closed the account didnt want to play anymore after 1 year i reopened and deposited about 5000 euros . I play on 1 euro bet and think of it i played in a week about 5 k and got about max 10 freespins with no more than 100 euro profit hahaha . Energycasino was not like this they 100% percent changed their strategy i went on a 500 spins without a win over 20 x and no freespins sp they changed something. Conclusion : never play at this casino I think they are now a scam site and I advise you to go to other sktes like bwin.de casino or 888.de their rtp is 100 times better than here .
