Very good customer service and rapid response and postage time. It’s like superman’s working there overtime to make sure everyone package is dispatched on time. Thank you, you legends. Give everyone in this company some pizza or I swear down I will change this review to a 1 star if they aren’t recognised for their good work (yes I will hold this trustpilot review hostage and I expect a fast reply with a link to the pizza party)

The part looks great overall. In the advertisement photo, it appeared to have an SKF engraving, but the item I received did not. The description didn’t specifically mention it being an SKF part, so it’s possible the manufacturer no longer engraves the brand name, which is common nowadays due to repackaging by distributors. The item arrived in a plain brown box.

I’ve installed the part, and it seems to be of good quality — it’s working as intended so far, and time will tell how long it lasts. Delivery took a bit longer than advertised, but I live in Scotland, so that may have contributed to the delay. Nevertheless, I’m satisfied with my purchase and will definitely buy more from EnergizedCostums.

I needed an off-side mirror for my Renault Trafic. Energized Customs had what I needed, 60% cheaper than Amazon and delivered just as quick for free. Very impressed.

Ordered a sump for car as listed by this company , does not fit , requested a return collection and they would not collect it and say its my problem to cover the cost of return even though the part is incorrect and is clearly advertised it will fit ... thankful I paid by paypal and they have stepped in and refunded me , Customer service is crap and all they say is its my fault ... If I went into a chip shop and ordered fish but get chicken they would say it was my fault ...

I ordered a wheel hub through e-bay. It arrived with the hub nut missing. Informed the supplier who, to be fair, responded promptly, and agreed to send a replacement. Over a week later and the part had not arrived so I opened a return request with e-bay. Coincidentally, within a couple of days the missing hub nut arrived so I cancelled the return request. However later, on trying to fit the wheel bearing, it was apparent it was marginally too large for the bearing housing despite it being the correct bearing for the vehicle according to compatibility table provided. Informed the supplier who agreed to a refund on return. Sent the bearing back as requested in accord with their instructions .....but no refund. Have chased up my refund yet again this morning - but they now seem reluctant to respond - Draw your own conclusions.
After quite a bit of hassle, I was able to get a courtesy refund from e-bay so fortunately not out of pocket. Needless to say, I'll not be using this supplier in future!

Items ordered for my Dad's car. Delivered on time. He is very happy with the purchase.

Customer service awful. Ordered 2 brake calipers for opposing sides and recieved 2 for the same side. Emailed, called and submitted a contact form but 0 response from them

The part was one tenth the price of the genuine manufacturers part but looks & fits the same. Quick delivery, overall very satisfied & highly recommend.
