The classes are brilliant
The classes are brilliant. The equipment is great! Everything you need when training. And the staff are friendly.
My daughter has joined based on my recommendation and she loves it there.

A different kind of gym.. friendly and well equipped
A really friendly gym with good facilities and classes. The gym space its self is small compared to what I am used to, but it doesn't seem to get too over crowded which is a relief. The classes are really good too as well as the Yard which is a really different space to workout and participate in classes. The staff are friendly and the gym is always staffed which is reassuring.
I have been to all the other large gyms in Wton and this one offers a more personal approach which i enjoy.

I'v been a member at a few gyms. But I can honestly say this gym is the best I've been to. Staff are friendly, approachable and willing to listen.

Great gym and staff
Great gym! Love this gym it’s great - the staff are really great approachable and friendly and they can’t do enough to make you feel comfortable- it’s a great family feel and the banter is great - Shannon is my personal trainer and she is really great and helps you meet your goals - and get you where you want to be with your weight and fitness - her spin class is hard but worth a go! And her legs bums and tums is a great starter! Devine is really great too!! Love the gym vibes!!

Great gym!
I joined last week, absolutely love it. There are loads of weight plates to use, lots of car parking spaces and you can get on all the machines. Staff are nice and helpful too. The classes are good, with a range and they are challenging.

All of the staff members are so…
All of the staff members are so friendly and helpful - especially Nadia she’s always there smiling and making you feel welcomed! Classes are really good too, I like spin and nadias legs bums and tums she’s so motivating! She really pushes you through. The gym is always really clean too! There’s a overall nice atmosphere there, I always look forward to going

Small but mighty
Small but mighty! The gym's not the biggest in town but it certainly packs a punch when it comes to quality - the class timetable is excellent, the staff are all friendly and happy to help, no matter what you need. Great place, really happy I joined.

Love this gym
Love this gym. Staff are so friendly. Brand new decent equipment. Very clean. Love how the showers and changing rooms are private. I would have given 5 stars if the weekend opening hours were longer.
