Comfortable Setting, lovely people and even better PTs!
I came to Charlotte Leech through a friend recommendation, looking to simply tone up, gain a bit more confidence and feel mentally clearer. I’ve been in and out a gym and classes for years but never stuck with anything long term. The gym itself is one of the nicest environments I’ve been in, I’ve never felt uncomfortable or like I’m being watched by others. Everybody is just lovely! I’ve only done a few PT sessions but I can honestly say it’s something I’m definitely sticking with. I look forward to every session with Charlotte, she makes everything feel comfortable without patronising, and fun whilst still working hard. Very grateful and looking forward to working with Charlotte long term!

I want to share some high praise for…
I want to share some high praise for Liam. His Shape, Glutes, and Bootcamp classes are outstanding. Liam is consistently professional, encouraging, and highly skilled. I especially appreciate his focus on form, he demonstrates exercises clearly and personally corrects technique, which has helped me improve significantly while preventing injury. The post workout stretching routine is also top tier. I have seen remarkable personal progress since joining his classes and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated, top quality trainer.

Had to look for a new gym as mine is closing thought I would take the 3 month half price offer up and So far so good some nice equipment and friendly environment already feels like it’s my new gym staff are very helpful with advice on how some machines work so looking forward to making this my new gym and slightly cheaper than my current gym

Recently joined the gym and booked some personal training sessions with Charlotte L to help with my confidence in the gym. Charlotte is very knowledgeable and every session is well planned and motivating. I am now feeling much more confident in the gym.

Excellent gym with friendly staff and…
Excellent gym with friendly staff and good equipment. Have been going for about 4 years and never had an issues. Have been getting PT sessions from Charlotte L for the last 2 years and she's been amazing. Good variety of cardio, weights and recently boxing, which keeps it interesting. Couldn't recommend more.

i went for my first gym session today…
i went for my first gym session today and Andy made it really enjoyable , he was lovely from the entrance and really professional. He checked with us if we needed any guidance. We didn’t feel we needed it so we completed our session. On the way out he made sure we were happy and enjoyed our time there. This gym has a very comfortable feel to it and andy was amazing and making that happen.

So much more than just a place to workout
This gym is so much more than just a place to workout – it’s a real community where people genuinely care about each other and lift one another up.
Our new instructor, Liam Worrall, has quickly become a big part of that community and an instant hit with all the members. He puts so much thought into every class, making sure it caters to all fitness levels. He takes the time to explain every exercise clearly and gives everyone individual attention to help us get our form spot on. He also finishes every class with the most amazing stretches!
I already loved this gym, and every instructor brings something special. The classes are consistently excellent. Liam’s arrival has been the cherry on top of an already perfectly baked cake.
