Nice Looking gym
Nice looking gym, clean and tidy and a friendly atmosphere.
Not the biggest of gym's and sometime you have to be prepared to change your plan due to availability of equipment.
1 hour time slots also means training 1 body part instead of 2.
Location for me is great as it is only a 10 minute walk.
Plenty of wipes to ensure the equipment is as covid free as possible.

Great gym

Pleasant surprise
The gym is not a massive gym but I find it is big enough and has most of the equipment I would expect from a gym and a few pieces I would not expect (ski machine). At the moment they do not have a dip machine/station in the gym but I am aware they do have one ready to be placed but I believe owing to Covid-19 it is not in the main gym.
The gym is always clean and I find it always has plenty of other users though it is never overly busy that I cannot use a machine or work area I need. The staff are very welcoming and very friendly. I have been a member at various other gyms in the past and this is definitely up there as one of the better ones! This gym is a pleasant surprise!

You are correct, we are planning to purchase an assisted pull up and dip station when social distancing measures are lifted and we have a bit more space on the gym floor to put equipment. Good quality gym
• Good quality equipment and a broad range for a smaller gym
• Clean, fresh, modern gym with friendly atmosphere
• Friendly staff
• Implemented good safety measures during lockdown and staff were frequently wiping down equipment
• Have a few punching bags which I haven't found in other gyms
• Offer a good range of classes (didn't go to any but you've got some choice if classes are your thing)
• Were considerate with payment options during lockdown

Cheer and cheerful....
If you're looking for a cheap, basic gym, this does the job. It can be a little claustrophobic and you may have to wait for machines and equipment to become available, but that's during peak hours. Off-peak, it's perfectly fine for a basic workout. I live close to the gym, so I can shower at home, but I imagine there only being two showers may annoy some people, especially as you have to wait for them to become free if someone's in there. Then again, what do you want for £29.99? If you want bells and whistles, fork out £100 and join David Lloyd.

Local friendly gym....come and try !!!!
Finally signed up to energie and have to say I feel really content training at this gym...everyone seems really friendly and the equipment is top notch...really love the fact there is classes also....which slowly but surely am starting to experience...

Excellent gym equipment and friendly staff, what more could you ask for at a gym? The staff always has a smile on their faces and are very helpful when you need ideas or advice on certain exercises. Am so glad i've switched to this gym and can't wait to go back post lockdown!

Nice gym - Nicer people
The gym is a really nice one and the people are nicer! Olga, Viv and Calum put more than 100% to ensure that your visit to the gym is great!
I have left 1 star for 'the room for improvement' - just to ensure that no one gets complacent and keep making our experience greater.
