First ever gym membership….
I was very nervous and intimidated about joining a gym as I had never been before and it was completely new to me. The team at Énergie Fitness couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming.
I have been going for a week now and I’m absolutely loving it! The gym itself is always clean and there’s plenty of space for everyone. The equipment is easy to use with diagrams on to show which muscles you are working, as a newbie this is very helpful.
Thank you to Énergie Fitness for making my first gym experience a great one 💪

Love this gym, it's one of the only gyms I've gone to where I'm comfortable going on my own and the staff there are all do good!

Gym for everyone
Really friendly place, staff helpful and actually want to help. Good advice, great equipment, facility's. Give it a go. Definitely recommend. :)

Very convenient for my work as i finish late and available 24hrs daily, very cheap and all equipments available plus very clean gym and not packed, i will recommend to anyone.

Since joining just over a week ago I have really enjoyed the vibe the gym has , I haven't had a problem getting on any of the machines or weights that I have needed to use as I have heard this can be a problem with some of the other gyms in bognor and love the fact I can use the gym at any time 👌

I recently joined energie fitness as recommended by a friend it is extremely clean maintained well and the staff are cheerful polite and very helpful the showers are extremely clean they provide shower gel i also like it that you can literally go any time as it is open 24 hours . Im very happy bunny at energie fitness
