Good for back problems
The experience was great. With back problems and posture problems, the free complimentary personal training session was a great insight of what gym equipment can be used, instructed well by personal trainer, Steven. Great care was taken to accommodate my back problems. There is space to do stretching and back exercises.
Great facilities and Tesco or Greggs nearby in case your energy levels fall! 10 minute walking distance to Clapham Junction train station :-)

Bright, well equipped and friendly
This gym is bright, spacious, well equipped with a good range of high quality training machines. The staff are friendly and prices are very reasonable. I switched from FF locally which was very busy and corporate by comparison.

Nothing to write home about
It’s needs thorough cleaning time to time, especially the shower room. I have also noticed that the big mirror hasn’t had a clean for over a month. Maybe more up to date equipments.

Predatory payment
Mixed changing room is strange but not a biggie. But what is terrible is the fact you need to cancel 30 days in advance. Awful. Means you’re effectively paying a month ahead. Not one star because staff are helpful.

Great helpful staff, not judgy at all. Gym equipment is in good shape and there’s pretty much everything you need. Definitely felt like a safe space to do some exercise!

Great local gym 5 minutes from Clapham Junction
Great gym and great location - just 10 minutes by foot from where I live and 5 minutes from Clapham Junction, meaning I can always quickly pop on before or after work on the way to/from home. All the amenities I require are there, the equipment is good, and the staff are friendly and always on site.
