Great staff, all very friendly and willing to help! Just a great small local gym!

I recently joined Energie Fitness Acton, and I am loving it! Great equipment, members of staff are very nice and helpful. Not too big, not too small, very clean. only down aspect: it needs more dispensers to clean machines before and after use.
I definitly recommend this gym!

It’s a small gym with a lot of kit. Most of which is good quality. There are just two weight stands so plates are always a mess and stacked up on the machines. The polite signed to put weights away are pretty useless if there is nowhere to tidy the weights too.
There is a SINGLE fan in the whole gym so it’s sweaty at best. I don’t know how people run on the treadmills. The air filter system is nowhere near powerful enough.
There are no paper towels to wipe up sweat and no one is encouraged to bring towels of their own.
Overall, it’s cheap, small but has what I need even if it’s not a great experience.

I love this gym, especially the location! One recommendation would be to place another sanitiser station near the lockers :)

Great gym facilities but a little bit small

The personal trainers are professionals, polite and helpful one thing that I didn't appreciate is the changes of the weekly classes times to 7pm instead of 6pm which is a bit tiring for those who travel by public transports in winter time. And it's not fair that I, who paid for the membership which includes classes shouldn't have to do them.

I love coming to this gym. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is enough equipment. The classes are also really fun. There do tend to be the usual machine hoggers (the guys who do their long 'rests' on the machines) but that's not the fault of the staff. However, the gym needs to be cleaner (locker doors need a wipe down, mats need cleaning, more cleaning sprays to be available, alcohol gel provision). I spend much of my time wiping away other people's sweat before I can use the equipment.

That said, the staff really do make this gym, and the Manager is super friendly 🙂💪

Nice, clean, convenient

Joined last week.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The gym itself is spotless with great equipment including nautilus.
The gym is well spaced and not cluttered. Would strongly recommend to friends. And the prices are very very reasonable. Enjoy

Nice new equipment, very close to home, never too busy

Loved it! Great safe workout space. Lovely brand new equipment and the staff are really friendly. Not overly crowded like the general high street gyms, always can walk in and have an uninterrupted great workout without having to wait for people hogging onto machines or equipment. Would definetely recommend

Clean, well equipped and not too busy!

Good equipment, friendly staff,nice and clean

It's a nice gym, and really convenient for us, due to the proximity to our flat, but it's still missing several equipments to allow us to have a complete workout, like:
- Adductor/abductor
- Pulldown convergent machine
- Calf machine
- Steps
- Abs crush machine
- Inclined abs bench
- Mobility sticks/bars (functional)
I have emailed the management about them several times, but we just hear promises but no actions. Also one big issue is the temperature in the second level, which can even be considered a security hazard, due to the difference from the ground level. It's at least 3-4 degrees higher. Looks like the engineer who planed didn't know anything about physics and air movement. For the price we pay, we would expect a much larger equipment variety and quick fix for those engineering issues.

Good little local gym. Has everything you need. Staff are friendly. Good opening hours. Doesn't get too busy. Reasonably priced. No complaints

Terrible customer service! Do not join! I used their freeze member ship option on the website and I'm now getting chased by debt collectors 3 days after freezing. No phone calls, nothing. I froze because I'm going away for a few weeks and fully intended to come back and restart, but after this I urge anyone to not get locked into this business!
