the online services have been…
the online services have been brilliant, however I was not able to fully utilise the services due to lack of knowledge on technological functions and a shoulder injury from a fall from an icy walk during lockdown.

The live classes from énergie fitness…
The live classes from énergie fitness Broadwalk Bristol have helped me keep going during lockdown and keep fit. I love the lbt class on a Sunday morning - the lady who runs it is great- and have also done some great Pilates classes and some information and meditation classes. All really good and in fact am hoping you will keep some online classes going after lockdown too. It has really helped me keep up with my fitness so thank you so much as I struggle with motivation so having live classes where the trainer checks on you from time to time has really helped.

great online classes
The in-person gym is average and hasn't got enough room for classes. The gym is also a bit intimidating when you're not a man lifting massive weights. However, the provision of online classes since lockdown has been amazing and really good value.

Easy to access and lots of choice
Easy to use, great choice of online classes with varied instructors, times and durations. On demand classes available too so can fit around work and other commitments. Love the instructors energy and passion. I've tried classes I've never done before too.

I am delighted with the opportunity to…
I am delighted with the opportunity to continue my membership online. I love the fact that I can do a class in my lunch break , as I am working from home. There is no way I would be able to do his from the office. I would not have time to travel. There were some teething issues in the early days to get in to zoom. I do like the variety of classes and most instructors are V.good. engaging, encouraging and fun to follow 😀. Thank you.
