Am based in Rep of Ireland, placed order for £125 inc shipping.. 10 days later delivery made with whopping €55 import duty (customs was expected, but not the amount). The really annoying part was, 1 item was not shipped. I emailed sales who confirmed same and missing item was on its way. After 8 days i emailed again and complained. Was told item was now shipped gratis (as gift) as gesture for error and delay. 5 days later, I got letter from Customs saying item held awaiting payment!!! Bringing my custom elsewhere.

Two months have passed and I'm still waiting for items to be delivered. I have asked now twice for proof of dispatch or some way for me to resolve this matter, but no satisfactory explanation has been offered, my next steps are to take the matter up with VISA and leave negative feedback of this company and its business practices on the relative review platforms.

Having ordered a model kit from eModels the circumstance changed and I found I no longer needed the kit. A quick message via their on line comments page, sent on a bank holiday, had a reply within hours cancelling the order. I was refunded on the next working day and the money back in my account within 24hrs.
Now that's what I call customer service! Keep it up eModels cos I'll be back!

This shop is one of the best model shops I know, they have a tremendous range of kits paints and accessories aimed at the model maker and go out of their way to help in any way they can. At the age of 83 I have been modelling for many years and if there is anything I need my first stop is eModels. They can be congratulated as one of the best!

New customer. Recently visited for the first time. Spoke with Richard who was excellent and highly knowledgeable with plenty of useful modelling and crafting tips. Bought plenty of items I've never been able to purchase elsewhere. One item ordered on delivery was unavailable at time of dispatch so Richard generously organised sending another item of my choice and waived the slightly extra cost. Will definitely be purchasing from emodels again soon and recommend a visit to the store for the invaluable help and advice on all things modelling.

I have been using eModels for the last few years and cannot recommend them highly enough. A great selection of products from all of the tops suppliers, as well as some lesser known suppliers. I have found them to be more competitive on pricing than other online stores and their customer service and support is second to none. I have not been disappointed to date and would highly recommend them.
