They were good few years ago when they started out as a direct competitor to SnS (aramex) but their quality of service has just dropped so hard. My issues with SnS pales in comparison to the amount of issues I have faced with EK now. I thought I will give them a try after a period of well over an year but oh boy how wrong I was! I have never faced issues with having my invoices rejected in the past, now all of sudden my invoices keep getting rejected even when I share the exact screenshot of purchase order. Their system keeps rejecting it. Horrible horrible experience, SnS is way better.

They fixed the issue with invoice and I proceeded ahead to make the payment for the shipment. To my surprise I found a credit of AED 1500 now available in the account. I'm not sure if this is their way to apologizing or a mistake but I was able to use the credit to fulfill the shipment order. For this I will be changing the rating once I know this is not some mistake from their end and once I get my package delivered

EmiratesDelivers is by far the worst frieght forwarder i have ever used. bad customer service, wont believe me even after i sent 2 proof of invoice, the people on the phone lines dont have the ability to do anything whatsoever they are just there to redirect you to send them an email instead. avoid at all costs.

They destroyed/confiscated $200 of product (2 simple Ancestry tests, ie with a paper cheek swab you send to the company to recieve a report on your heritage).
Even though it was:
- not in the documentation as being restricted, and a piece of paper is not a 'medical device'
- these exact items are for sale on Amazon and other retailers in the UAE, and are completely legal.

They refused to help to arrange a return at my own expense. I spend thousands of $ with Emirates Delivers so was extremely disappointed in this irrational behaviour with no apology. Furthermore, they did this on the UAE side, when they could pick up on these things on the USA side and make it easier to arrange returns. Allowing the customer to arrange a pickup should be allowed if the item is not specifically mentioned as being restricted.

I was skeptical about using them but was very pleased I did.
Anything imported above the value of AED 1,000 needs to be declared for duty and tax.
All items are applicable for VAT@5%

. As AED is fixed to the $ it’s easy to calculate and not have concerns.

Positives
1. Clear online procedure
2. No need to speak to anyone
3. Well priced and no hidden costs (don’t forget they add 5%vat to your order)

Negative
1. Website is slow
2. Takes 48 hours for them to receive the goods excludes weekends.
Website updates/delivery tracking isn’t as detailed as I would have liked.

Considering they received it on the 2nd June and I received on the 10th is good in my books.

Very bad service. I bought an item on sale that was shipped and received by Emirates Delivers with a confirmation email of receipt of the item to me. They then claimed the item was lost and refused to replace the item nor provide a refund that would cover the cost of reordering the item.
As they are owned by the Emirates group, I expected the same level of service. Stay away from them.

Had a shipment of 7 items and when I saw the status online of 6 being packed contacted Emirates Delivers by email as well as on the phone to check on why this one item was not included.
To summarize - 2 calls to the 600 number and 3 emails - as expected no reply to the mails or may calls and one item - a pair of shoes was not shipped.
So contacted them again and was then told that these shoes received on 18 Feb were not traceable till when the shipment was being prepared on 22 Feb and left the facility on the 25. This is Emirates efficiency at the highest level!
So asked them repeatedly - why did you not contact me on this issue and secondly how can you misplace a pair of shoes. As expected no reply on this.
They then say we will give you a credit for Dhs 28.05/$7.64 when the cost of shipping the shoes separately is over Dhs 70.
The crux of the matter is that when all goes well - it seems that the system is working smoothly. But when you have a problem - as simple as this - that is when the wheels fall off and we are back in the dark ages with Emirates.
Be aware of such pitfalls when dealing with Emirates Delivers.

I ordered 4 TOYO A/T ll Tires from Simpletire.com in US. The tires were all received in my US address in 4-5 days. And all tires arrived in my home 2 weeks after I purchased them from Simpletire.
•one thing to improve on is to communicate to your clients when you are about to go on delivery on the day or the next day. Also if deliveries are missed, send a message to let your clients know that you attempted delivery.
Overall Im happy with fast delivery and the goods were handled with care👍🏼

Emirates Delivers is one of the worst shop & ship company that I've ever dealt with. I've tried their services 3 times and all of that were so stressful. The last experience that I had was really unacceptable. Here’s the story -I have 2 packages which were received successfully by Emirates Delivers in their warehouse in Sarasota USA and both packages were reflected in my suite. However after I paid it for shipping I received an e-mail saying that one of the packages is missing in their warehouse. I tried contacting their customer service almost every single day and no one could give me a solution. After more than two weeks since my package was reportedly missing, I've been told that my package is nowhere to be found and because of that I will get a refund. I refused to accept the refund and I recommended that they purchase it from the same online shop that I bought the item. However after they confirmed that my package was lost, I checked my suite and the package is there. So confusing! Hooray! Again, I sent an e-mail to confirm that my package has been found – it took 2 days for them to reply. Due to reason that my initial package was already shipped, I have to ship this other one separately. I contacted them again to say that why would I have to pay this again as it was supposedly shipped together with the other one. In the end, I have to shipped this item separately so I ended up paying 2 shippings instead of 1 consolidated shipment. What a disaster!

Such a hassle. Ordered beauty serums and items were deemed hazardous material, was told i had to get MSDS forms for them from the merchant and was charged an extra fee for ‘harzardous material handling’. Have been using freight forwarders for a long time and this the first one where i’ve encountered such overzealous inspection. The added delay, cost and trouble is not worth it. I should have just asked the merchant to ship directly using DHL.

What a disaster!

Emirates Delivers is an amazing idea, it is a shipping forwarding service from the US to the UAE where you get a virtual address in the US to purchase products that can only be purchased within the US.

They are taking 2 weeks to process orders, from the moment that they receive the package in their address, which should be less than 48 hours as per their website.

They also advertise the package to arrive within 5 days to Dubai, it is not true. It is almost 1 week and I still don't have an ETA for the delivery to arrive.

It is the first and last time I use them. The stress they caused and the delay of 3 weeks now, is unbearable.

I regret I didn't go with Shop and Ship (their competitor). I used multiple times, but I thought this company would be better, since it belongs to Emirates.com. I was wrong. Stear away.
