They hold your package ransom asking for a million different documents and God forbid you get a good deal they won’t believe you 🤣 they’re like no we don’t believe that invoice and receipt is real, we don’t believe your screenshots from your bank are real, and then want to charge you customs and VAT on an amount you didn’t pay! The worstttttt please do yourself a favour and never ever ever use emirates delivers. Shop and ship are so much better

Original Package Violated, Contents Removed
I bought new products from Amazon, and the package was delivered to my Emirates Delivers suite in Florida. The package included a pair of brand-new Bose earbuds. Emirates Delivers' agents in Florida not only removed the goods from Amazon carton box, but also tore off the seal of Bose's original box, opened it up and removed its content, allegedly to inspect the same, as shown in the photos available in Emirates Delivers tracking platform.
The moment I saw the pictures the goods were already in transit to my location. I immediately contacted Emirates Delivers help center. According to them, their agents claim the package was opened because there was no plastic wrapping. Bose QC Ultra Earbuds box does not contain plastic wrapping, but it does contain a seal, to prevent the box from opening and ensure the condition is new. Not having plastic wrapping does not justify opening the box, and even worse the fact they removed the original seal and all the content from inside the box. This is absolutely unacceptable.
For this reason, I simply cannot accept the delivery of the goods anymore. Besides the fact it was meant to be a gift, its condition as new and possibly the integrity of the same were compromised the moment the agents decided to tear off the seal, open the box and remove its contents.
I am demanding to be fully compensated for the value of the goods and the shipping cost paid. So far, after almost 10 days, many calls and email exchanges, the situation was still not resolved. I still have not received a satisfactory answer from Emirates Delivers. Their agents wrongly violated the original package for no practical reason, and they are accountable.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Items arrived with one part missing. They “conducted a thorough investigation” and found it had shipped as delivered and that part was never there. They unfortunately failed to look at their own pictures in my account showing the missing item prior to delivery. Now ignoring my emails. Never again.
Poor Customer service response
Terrible response by customer service when I pointed out that the shipment had an empty box and no product inside. I sent them the photos they upload, showing that there as an item inside when they received it. The response was about about the missing product but an upsell attempt saying would i like to purchase higher resolution photos and why don't I purchase extended liability insurance on shipments rather than the $100 normal liability insurance. No attempt to help on the missing item and check if it was accidentally left in Florida, just kept telling me I should purchase more insurance and higher res photos from them.
Tired the firm even after I saw the reviews.
I went ahead and used the firm even though I saw the reviews were not amazing figured emirates would stand by its brand. They do offer a decent service but its no way cheap. You cannot adjust the weight as they add this and you end up easily pay an additional KG. Now my biggest issue is VAT . VAT needs to be charged on their service not on the invoice value as they are not selling me the goods. They are a delivery firm , if i take my Box to DHL they don't charge me this. So this is a hidden 5% charge. If this is shipped to a business to resell , I can get the logic. But VAT should be on the freight charges not on the goods I purchased and got delivered to your office.
I would recommend using them as I did not have any issues with the delivery. The service was seamless. But expect paying at least 30% more for the product your purchasing with shipping and VAT added.
First time user : Shipment from US to UAE
As a first time user of Emirates Delivers, I was proactive from the start with the team to share tracking numbers of parcels to the suite in the US. The team (Ronaldo, Farouk and Khateja) were extremely helpful in explaining the process, steps, and estimated arrival timings from the US to UAE (3-5 days). Consolidating packages and requesting additional padding was a great feature for the items I had shipped.
Something to take note of is that the estimated rates provided, are subject to your parcel size and if it contains any "Special" items.
However, once in the UAE the team was very helpful with updates on the shipment amidst the terrifying rainstorms and notified me on expected delays.
Overall, the team was very helpful. Communication was clear and the fragile package arrived on time as promised with a friendly smile from Enrili.
Most likely to use them in the future again!
Wrong dimensions in order to charge more
So I wanted to get a foldable trampoline that is only sold in US and UK. Since this is a big item, before I made an order I spoke with the seller to get the exact dimensions and weigh of the box. The dimensions were 40,5x21,5x6,5 inches (LxWxH) and 13kg
Then I called emirates delivery to check how much will they charge it. The price range was from 460-560aed.
I placed an order.
Upon receiving and inspecting my order, Emirates delivery wanted to charge me for 46,83kg package. And this is where my problem started. So I started writing them emails, they always take 3-4 days to respond and every time they did, no one explained anything to me. They were saying how if the sum of dimensions (L+W+H) exceeds 200cm then they charge you for volumetric weight which has its own way of calculation. Since I know that my package doesn’t exceeds this, I wasn’t sure why they’re even mentioning this to me. No one bothered to read email thoroughly and to get to the bottom of the issue.
Finally after 2 weeks of corresponding with them I’ve got the reply that upon inspecting my package they determined dimensions to be 41x22x19 inches, hence it exceeds 200cm hence they charge volumetric weight of 46,83kg which is equivalent to 2.000aed which is 4 times more than what I expected.
Then I requested a second inspection of the dimensions as this is clearly a mistake and even unfolded trampoline isn’t this high.
I waited for 10 days for them to do the inspection. They came back to me with the same dimensions, it is obvious that they didn’t remeasure it at all. I tried calling them again and explaining the whole situation once again to someone over the phone. Since they provide 3 photos upon inspection I mentioned that once you see the photos it’s clear as a day that one side is very thin (this is the height) and it cannot be 19inches. This would make the box huge, as width and height would be almost the same!
The guy over the phone understood but have pointed me to the emails as a point of contact, saying that I should attach the photos from their website and also the email from the seller with dimensions of the box (which I did before) and explain it again.
After this email I waited for another 10 days and I got a call from them saying that their dimensions are correct and they checked the third time, even though it’s very unlikely that 2 sides are matching the sellers and only the height is way off. In the end they left me with only one option, that is to return the package to the seller. Considering it’s been almost a month since, I had to check if they will even accept it. So I contacted the seller explaining the whole thing. I’ve got a reply from them that they will accept it but that it’s physically impossible for the height of the box to be 19 inches. They reconfirmed this with their warehouse and said that it’s 6,5 inches. And said that I should request the new high resolution photos from Emirates Delivery of my box. (Btw I did asked ED if they repackaged my trampoline in a different, larger box and they said they didn’t and these are the dimensions of the sellers box.)
For the last time I requested a new photos of the box with the measuring tape showing that is 19 inches. The photos came back a few days back pointing that the height is 6 inches.
They finally called me and rectified it in their system, I got an apology and a refund for photo request. Nothing else, and if I were not persistent it would’ve ended differently.
If you ever need something bigger delivered, don’t ever use this company, they will outright lie and try to charge you 3-4 times more. No one reads emails, they take forever to reply. This was very frustrating experience.

This service is AMAZING! I ordered from a US website, and when the shipment arrived at their warehouse, they provided photos of the shipment inside out!
The shipping cost is so affordable, much cheaper than S&S.
They shipped my package on the second or third day, and I received it on the fifth day of the overall processing and transit time.
These guys delivered my shipment to my doorstep despite the rainstorm!
Also, the customer service was AMAZING. I called them to inquire about how to fill the shipping info on the website, and the agent entered the website I’m willing to order from and helped me with filling all the fields step by step, which is so cute! And when I emailed them, they responded so quickly!
They deserve 5 stars and this long review lol! Definitely recommend!
Used to be very good - Not any more
Used to be very good. Way better than S&S however, in recent months the service has gone down hill. They are supposed to process a package into your account in 24-48hrs. You often end up chasing them and they say they have not got the package. You give them delivery tracking info and they find it. If you are shipping essential oils, then they class them as 'dangerous goods' and say that suppliers dilute oils with solvents. NEWS FLASH: Not all suppliers do that. I even sent test results of oils to show that doTERRA are not diluted with solvents and they said they will pass it on.... but they never get back.
If they fly planes the same way as they operate their delivery service..... I suggest you walk instead. #shocking

Ordered in the UK on the 12th, delivered to me in DXB on the 15th. Very happy with the quick logistics.

They marked my face cream as a dangerous good. This was a joke. I told them to remove this and they made some stupid excuse saying the cream has “ ingredients are sodium hydroxide, Cetearyl alcohol, and other chemical compositions of oxides”. Most face creams have these ingredients.
They charged 45 dirhams extra in “handling fees” just for it all to arrive in one box thrown together. Scamming and ripping customers off this way is unethical.

They lost a shipment for me at the British address. The shipment arrived to them by Amazon, and all the papers and the tracking number were sent, but they continued to procrastinate. Likewise, a shipment from America arrived to me incomplete. She was stopped by customs. What I concluded from this company is that if they lost a shipment to you, they never compensated you. I filed a complaint against them with the Consumer Protection in Dubai, and I am waiting for a call from them. I say beware of this company.

Emirates quoted 43 AED to send a watch…
Emirates quoted 43 AED to send a watch UK to UAE. I thought amazing new service !! Then comes the plus plus plus TAX, Customs, Extra high value insurance and it weighed in at a whopping 1.3kg (a watch) at 1.3kg. All in all 1,150 AED to get it here in 3-5 days. So I booked the watch a private jet and it was still cheaper,.... Pointless waste of my time. Stick to DHL and Fedex they have a long way to go.
I think Emirates Delivers were good…
I think Emirates Delivers were good before the pandemic. In fact I exclusively use their service for all my shopping and shipping needs.
After their operations normalized post the pandemic, it seems they have not recovered to their previous best. Their email response system is very delayed and so is the package arrival reporting system. It often takes days for deliveries to be visible in the inbox.
I had a couple of ugly experiences with them in the past few weeks. They have a photo service where customers can order advanced photos of their shopping items for a fee. Contrary to what anyone would believe, the advanced photos are very low resolution taken in a dimly lit room. The photos are guaranteed to not show you clear details of what you must be intending to see. I think they must stop this service, serves no purpose.
Next, I noticed them reporting a 200gram item as 770gram. When i raised an email to correct the weight of the item, the representative replied me saying the item will be re-weighed before shipping order is taken. This is a total lie. This was a scripted reply from the representative. Their system simply aggregates the total weight of the reported items and applicable taxes and fees for the shipping order. There is no re-weighing. If there was re-weighing, I was entitled for a refund for the difference in actual weight of the packages.
I have made up my mind to quit using them.
Follow up on my previous review
Follow up on my previous review. I had to ask them to delete my account with them. This is it. They had the audacity to respond back to me that they see nothing wrong with my new hard drive after I went all the way to make a video of a toast hard drive with the infamous click of death. They had the arrogance to just claim they cannot see any damage and denied they opened the box and repacked it in the original protected mounts. Mean and dishonest and right in your face. And they have so many avenues to make things right. Insurance, offering to send the item back in the USA from the distribution centre. Nothing, they will not help you in the slightest if you have an issue. Stay away.
Emirates Delivers from USA to Dubai
I recently used Emirates Delivery to deliver an item from the USA to Dubai. They promised a 5-7 day delivery time, but it ended up taking 10 days for my delivery to arrive. On top of that, they charged me more than what was listed on the invoice. When I asked them why, they said I had to check with the bank and see what price they charged me. After checking, I found that their price was indeed more expensive than what was listed on the invoice I received.
Additionally, it took quite a long time for me to get answers back from them when contacting them via email or phone. All in all, based on my experience using this service, I would not recommend using Emirates Deliveries unless they do something about their overpriced deliveries and long wait times.
