i ordered sandals on March 15th 2026, it is now April 9th , 2026. They took the money but haven't sent the shoes. refuse to cancel order and refund money. They are frauds and scammers.
I originally ordered a sweater and it came but was atotally cheap looking, printed patterned jacket, not at all what was described in the description or photo. They gave me the opportunity to get another item as compensation for the sweater, so I ordered a Cotton/Linen dress or so I thought. What arrived a few days ago was a polyester/spandex blend that was also just printed on, not woven. I had to pay for shipping for the dress. False advertising/ poor quality and ridiculous return policy, (back to Asia) are all reason, I will never buy from this business again.

This is ridiculous. If you are a small company and worried about quality, you should see what your vendors are sending out. Dress arrived with no tag or no label. QUALITY was terrible.
I reached out to customer service and they offered a refund of 10% if I didn't want to send it back. I've asked for information for a full refund, still yet to get it. They completely discourage a return. This is unacceptable.
They have a beautiful website and describe their “boutique “ and clothing as high end with a 25th anniversary sale. I didn’t read any reviews or do any research, it appeared to be a family owned business

SCAM ALERT!!! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD. I ORDERED THE SUEDE BROWN VINTAGE JACKET AND IT IS MADE OF POLYESTER AND DOES NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PHOTO. BUYER BEWARE.
