Amazing plan with 1-1 help and guidance the whole way
I really enjoy ellena fit coaching and the accountability is what really works for me. The meals I prepare with the guidance of the coaches are amazing with lots of variety so I never feel like I’m restricted or existing on chicken and rice which I’ve definitely done on plans in the past. The community is great too as you can share ideas and inspiration with others on the plan.

Being coached by Ellena has been great! She helped me lose weight in a way that still allowed me to enjoy social events without guilt or restriction. I’ve not only seen amazing results physically, but I’ve also gained so much confidence and happiness along the way. Her support and guidance made the whole process enjoyable and sustainable. Fantastic Coaching!
As someone petite who has struggled in the past, the support, encouragement and reassurance from Ellie has been amazing. No questions are too much trouble and I’ve really appreciated how the plan has been tailored to fit in with my lifestyle so it’s flexible, unrestrictive and sustainable long term. A realistic plan you’ll actually stick to!
If you’re thinking about it, do it! I was a little hesitant to work with a coach again as I’ve struggled in the past to maintain balance with nutrition & my lifestyle due to un-realistic coaching plans - but my time with Lizzy & the wider team has actually been life changing. I’ve not only had a realistic plan to follow, which has given me some great results physically, but I’ve felt heard and understood in the process mentally too. I’ve learnt how to manage a busy schedule, not miss out or feel overwhelmed around weekends & socials whilst actually having workouts Im looking forward to doing each week.
Couldn’t recommend the team enough! Can’t wait to see my end result. I truly feel I’ve gained some incredible lifestyle changes I’ll continue to take forward after this X
Best online coaching ever!
I have just completed 12 weeks of the nutrition only plan and am feeling great! I have lost over a stone and am starting to see the difference as well as feel it! Shannon has been amazing throughout! She has been so supportive and given great advice on anything I am struggling with or had queries on. I would definitely recommend Ellena Fit Coaching as it has given me the structure, knowledge and accountability I needed to get out of a rut with my spiralling weight gain! I also don’t feel restricted and have had many socials and even been on a holiday during this time and still made progress! Ellie has been so helpful — always on hand to answer any questions and give great advice. I’m halfway through my programme and it’s been amazing having her support and accountability. The online coaching platform is full of great recipes, and the app makes it really easy to track progress. Highly recommend!

I am now in my last week of a 12 week nutrition only plan and I cannot thank Lizzy enough! I joined after feeling quite frustrated that I felt like I was spending a lot of time in the gym and not looking like I even went. This plan has completely changed my training and nutrition (for the better) and I am finally starting to see results. I’ve gone from hyrox style workouts 4-5 times a week to weight training 2-3 with a cardio session a week which I alternate and fueling my body with protein has been something that has been hard getting my head around, especially with a vegetarian diet, however I can see and feel how much of a positive difference this makes. EAT your protein! It works haha!
The main thing for me is my mindset, I was very much an all or nothing person and really struggled when I had social events and would write the day off, I feel like Lizzy has really helped me understand how I can fit this into my calories without writing the whole day off and actually enjoy the events as opposed to dread them.
I’m getting married in April and just wanted to feel my best self and I can confidently say this plan has really helped me gain the knowledge, understand and support to begin this journey.
Lizzy is always there if I have a question and the most incredible hype girl when you feel like your week has not been great. I cannot thank you enough.
Nutrition Understanding
I am half way through my 12 week programme and feel I have progressed hugely already. My knowledge of nutrition has improved significantly and I've realised that restrictive eating is not required. Ellie is incredibly helpful and supportive and comes up with new ideas for food and lifestyle that works for you.
Workouts you look forward to 🥰
I started this plan 5 weeks ago and absolutely love it! I’ve never done weight training and wanted to become stronger without having to go to the gym! My job is long hours and I don’t really get to switch off at the weekend due to being on call and also have 2 young children to enjoy when I’m not working! Hence time out in the gym wasn’t an option..
I have already seen a change in my body shape and strength. The girls are so knowledgeable/ share all their experience and great delicious easy recipes - which our whole family are enjoying! The workouts are so simple to follow and I really look forward to completing them and logging into the app!
I would highly recommend this programme to anyone wanting to improve their health and overall well being xx
Great support and great ways to educate
Coming from a long period of time navigating my ED and also trying to have a healthy balance between nutrition and life in general, I can wholeheartedly say that these girls have been a huge help to me! I have a much better understanding about how to keep a good balance between eating healthy but also what I just generally enjoy and not having too many restrictions. The 24/7 support I have gotten is just unmatched, I never had that sort of support system with a previous trainer. I'm so happy I got the chance to partake in this, and nearing the end of my 12 week program I can totally say I feel I have grown mentally as well as physically!
Not just coaching, but educating too.
11 weeks later after coaching with Shannon, I feel amazing — more in control than ever. I’ve learned how to find the perfect balance between staying on track with my goals and still enjoying social events and the things I love. Shannon has been incredibly supportive and personable throughout the whole journey — like my own personal cheerleader, always encouraging me to keep going. I’ve gained so much knowledge about nutrition and progressive training, and I’m finally seeing effective, sustainable results. It’s been an incredible journey so far, and I can’t wait to keep going!
Great results in 6 weeks & education for future
I’m only half way through my 12 weeks and already I’ve seen incredible results. I always thought I “knew what to do” but the guidance provided has reset what I should be doing. This is not a restrictive, fad diet - I feel like I’m eating more than ever and enjoying mealtimes. In the gym, I feel I have a far better understanding what is needed to see improvements, not slaving away in the gym for hours. Ellie has been super motivating & supportive and always there when needed. I’m really pleased I started this program and already thinking how to incorporate past the 12 weeks - this is a long term shift!

Had a great few months with Ellena first coaching. I worked closely with Lizzy who shares some similarities in terms of a family and young children so understood the struggles at times. The plan held me accountable and I wouldn't have gotten where I am without them. Workouts were tailored to your needs. The whats app groups were helpful and weekely facebook lives were helpful! 100% recommend Ellena fit coaching.
