We had a front door lock issue late on Saturday night. After wondering who might come out on a Sunday, went on the Internet and logged my problem on one of those find-a-local-tradesman type sites. This was about 3.30 am. 5 mins later i had a phone call from Elite 365 who was on a job about 10 miles away. I couldnt sleep anyway so i thought why not? He arrived about 4.15am ant told me what would be wrong before losening a screw, then took out the broken lock and showed me he was right. That impressed me!. Options were discussed from cheap and cheerful to top af the range ptemium - but never pushed anything on me. I found a balance thst suited my needs and my budget, and he then proceeded to professionaly install what i needed. All parts were sealed in genuine manufacturers packaging and was done within an hour. No mess, no fuss and he even did some remedial work on the door frame - free of charge - which apparantly had been fitted wrong 15 yesrs ago, well before i bought the house.

So just how happy am i with this company? Well i have already made a provisional booking in the new year to simmilar work done on the back door, which is also showing signs of wear and tear.

Simply the best - nuff said.
