Exchanges are not accepted
Recently, I placed an order for napkins and tablecloths. Upon the arrival of the tablecloths, I noticed that they are a bit smaller than I had anticipated. As a result, I contacted your customer service department to inquire about the possibility of exchanging the items.Unfortunately, I was informed that they do not accept returns.

Proceed with caution
As with the review below I am very concerned that my order placed end of Feb has not arrived and yet the tracker says delivered. Emailed the courier company and my email was blocked and sent 6 emails to the help email address over the last week and not had a reply

Table cloths
One of the items i ordered had a small hole in it. I emailed the company and received a reply in minutes to tell me they would send a replacement,it arrived the following day. What more could you ask for from any company! Excellent customer service

I have order a table and pay extra for next day delivery,but the table not delivery on time so I call to the company and a guy answer that coz of the wall in red sea ,this is a reason for delay ,so if you don't have a stock why you accept the order and delivery next day?so I request for refund ,he promised to refund to my account and provide a mobile phone number let me to contact him with WhatsApp,I send a message through WhatsApp and it read but no reply ,it is already one week still can't get the refund.very disappointed. It should no starvon the review
