Lovely aisle runner!

Delivery was on time and we managed to use it on my wedding day.

Value for money. Received message checking table size prior to the dispatch to confirm size needed. Also able to add on additional tablecloths to fit another sized table.

I ordered curtain lights from elegant event, the pictures on their website is different from what the sent to me . They sent string lights which is useless for my purposes. Because am in Ireland my post office could not send it back because of battery included in the light, fortunately I was going to UK and registered post the light to them. Patel received the package and signed but they refused to refund my £20 since them , I have sent many emails no reply, these people are scammers

ordered a table runner because it was so cheap compared to other websites. High quality material and printing. I was a bit skeptical when it comes to printing my logo but the colours turned out exactly the way I wanted. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends who are starting their own small business!

Definitely the cheapest around for organza. Responded promptly to communications and opportunity shipment, thank you. Slightly haphazard fulfillment of order but it all worked out adequately for our needs.

I gave then a print for the full table runner size, they decided to shrink it down without telling me to the size 4 times smaller. Their customer service was terrible and did not remedy the situation. I will not be using them again.

Prompt service

I ordered some equipment. I paid quite a lot for postage.
When I receive the items I have ordered, the colour was wrong. It's definitely a different colour !! :(
At the beginning of the exchange, I was asked to return the items at my own expense. I don't understand, they made the mistake.
I've sent around twenty emails in the last month and a half. I've heard nothing from them. When I call, they hang up on me.
When everything's going well, it's fine. But as soon as there's a problem, I don't see anyone. They run away. Customer service is non-existent. It's frustrating, especially when you have deadlines to meet, an event to be prepared for :(

Excellent service and always come through for us

Ordered a few products. Colours very different from pictures but were nice and suited purpose. Chair covers/backs matched tablecloths. One item not dispatched but was not informed of delay so I had to contact to find out where it was. When I contacted them to find out about missing order communication was prompt. Had a note been put in to say “to be despatched later” would have saved me stress and I’d have given 4 stars. One item in second delivery arrived incorrect, again contacted with quick reply and replacement despatched same day. Quality very good. Would order again.

Shipping was amazing, super quick but the quality of the work was dreadful. My image was pixelated, the fabric was not stretched when the logo was placed so there was creases which were visible on the front.
