Delivered wrong product
Delivered wrong product, failed to deliver correct item when promised = two days waiting for zero gain. Offered to collect incorrect item on a day I had already declared I was on holiday in Scotland, 3 strikes and you’re out, new product already delivered from another company and erected, in use and satisfied, it could have been you.

BEWARE
Beware! All communication ceased once my order was placed. After one month of silence I had to continually call Elbec customer service for updates regarding delivery. We waited in on multiple dates for delivery that never occurred. No text, no updates, just silence. Failed delivery was blamed on recent storms. I had to initiate all communication. Our woodstore never arrived so we cancelled our order and requested a refund. Elbec should not commit to delivery in the Highlands if they cannot deliver their product or at least a better customer service experience.

It's important to note that this manufacturer is one of the few that provides delivery to all of mainland Scotland foc. The carrier assigned to your postcode is based in Glasgow, and the supplier has a sawmill at Lockerbie, showing a vested interest in Scotland. Typically, deliveries to the Highlands are very reliable through this carrier, which makes your experience even more disappointing.

Company good to deal with
Company good to deal with, communication good, delivery came on time. Shed itself is ok, as expected for that type of building. Construction straight forward, quality just ok - nails sticking out some areas, few holes where knots have been, few gaps under bar area and around hatch, but on the whole happy with the finished look.

Not a happy Gardner.
Had problems with the greenhouse from the word go, spoke to Shaun in your office and was not very helpful.
I have been in contact with the company who made the greenhouse and awaiting answers.

unfortunately there was lots missing. The trim for the roof. 3 pieces for the joint cover and no where near enough panel pins for the fixing. its a shame as the delivery was on time and the product is ok.

I would not recommend this company to…
I would not recommend this company to anyone my delivery was meant to be made on the 11th of October for them to cancel for reasons unknown for them to take a week to get back to me with another delivery date of the 25th of October for them to phone me today and cancel again not even just about the delivery you phone them up to fined out what is happening but no one can tell you anything this review is for elbec and shire as they work together and both parties are involved with the delivery of my goods

Nothing wrong with the service or delivery . The quality of the shed wasn't very good . Quite a lot of knots in the support pieces and the treatment was wearing off .

Hi. Three issues: 1) not all pieces were delivered 2) when I complained, only some of the missing lieces were delivered and I had to follow up to get the remaining ones; 3) the shed itself is poor quality

Log store, easy to put together, needs 2 people. Took half an hour to irrect it.
Very pleased with service, product excellent too, it didn't take long to put log store together.
However we have put extra protection on the roof, over all very pleased with it,
I bought it for our daughter, she is very pleased with it too.
