Would give no stars if able!
Elbec are very quick to take your money but given that they are using 3rd party suppliers have little other input into ensuring customer satisfaction.
I’ll make a point of Sharon as being helpful in so much as following up with MGP and trying to coerce them into delivering properly, however, other than that, they (Elbec) have little input into the process other than being an on-line ‘front of house’ for the initial sale and for taking your money early.
A truly shambolic experience with 3 failed deliveries, which in the end resulted in us obtaining a refund.
Take our experience as a cautionary tale and steer clear of Elbec!

Customers service id say the best iv ever had fast an efficient!!!

I bought my 1st shed from billyoh what a joke they were 3 months an still not built took another 3 weeks for a refund never again !!!

Elbec garden buildings stepped in an came to the rescue i ordered what I wanted they gave a delivery date to my time scale and delivered on the day they stated delivery guy was sound an helpful even gave me some extra felt tacks for the roof what more can you ask for !!

Build from concrete base to finish the shed took around 3 full days, i made a mistake with the floor, phoned the customer service who answered in seconds an they put me right straight away while actually on the phone where else do you find that !!!

Only criticism is the floor is a little thin but nothing a couple of loft boards wont fix !!!

All in all in very satisfied from delivery , customer service and item has been a calm and relaxing experience would recommend an deal with these guys again 100%

Ordered a Forest Deep Root Planter, no exaggeration it's made of splintered pallet wood. it's extremely flimsy, thin, crooked, and poorly constructed. save yourself money and just build it yourself off a youtube tutorial, it'll look better and likely be stronger too.

delivery took 2 weeks but I never received word about the delivery date or time.

Bought a wooden log store from Elbec last September. During the warm summer weather, the wooden roof has warped, causing large gaps for the water to penetrate. Elbec informed me that 'Due to the length of time between your original delivery and your concerns raised of the warped timber, including the additional information above, you are not entitled to any replacement or repair.' So after ten months my log store is useless. Just wish I'd looked at Trustpilot reviews before making my purchase :(

I bought a 8×8 mercia summerhouse from elbec garden building absolutely beautiful summerhouse the only thing I'd say is I ordered the upgraded felt for the roof the instructions state that it needs to be just under 12m but I received only 10m so had to go buy more felt for the roof if you do not upgrade the 10m is enough so this should be noted to elbec delivery was perfect from start to finish 👏 no damage so fantastic would recommend 😀 👍 😊

Very happy with my 7x7 corner summerhouse. The wood was good, no big chunks out, or splits.
Also the company quickly refunded the difference in price, when it went on sale, just after my purchase.
Price was reasonable too.
The summerhouse looks really attractive.
The only downside was the bad way the wood was fastened together, on the pallet. Really over the top, and it made it difficult to get the planks of wood, off the pallet. Expect to spend an hour, removing the wood.
That issue certainly needs looking in to.
Do I recommend? Yes

Was a bit wary given some of the reviews, but thought I would give them a chance.
I ordered a rowlinson arbour that was cheaper than anywhere else and with free shipping, it was delivered in 2 days! The delivery team kindly took the item to my back garden. The product was in perfect condition. I would definitely use again.

I ordered a greenhouse from them. They told me I would get a call regarding delivery. They called and said the company they use cannot deliver to my address. This was supposedly checked on their website where they ask for your post code to verify that they can deliver, and mine was OK. I do not live in the highlands or island. I'm in Dumfries and Galloway near the borders hardly a million miles away. Im on a good road that they get a low loader down easily whilst delivering caravans, so a greenhouse is a piece of cake. Absolutely gutted it's taken me 4 weeks of research to find the right greenhouse now this.

After speaking to a member of staff on site, who was very helpful, I then ordered an Arbour online. I received confirmation and delivery details straight away and was kept fully updated. Upon receipt, one part of the wood was severely damaged but this issue was resolved quickly and without any questions. I would definitely use this company again and have recommended them to friends already! I'm so happy with my new outdoor space. 😊

I bought 6x4 shed to replace my old one and deeply regret t, the quality shockingly bad now I've got a eyesore siting in my garden..

We bought a fence which we were pleased with.
All in all an easy company to deal with,transactions were easy,driver turned up when he said he would and was very friendly.

Shockingly bad poor quality 6 x 4 shed. Purchased to replace an old one. Now I have an eye sore in my garden. I sent photos to them highliting the obvious to all defects and received no feed back.

Really easy to order and the delivery date choice is excellent. Plenty of comms about what to expect on the day etc. Nice product, arrived on time and a cheerful driver offloaded for me. I've knock off a star as the fixings and instructions etc were missing but to be fair they called me the next day after m leaving a message in the evening and apologised - no faffing around having to send photos or proof and a very pleasant chap apologised. In fairness, the delivery came direct from the manufacturer (or wholesaler) so it wasn't their fault but it's their name on the sale! These things happen - they sorted another delivery promptly. I'm pleased with the service but it was a shame I had to wait for the fixings. Never mind, the situation was dealt with professionally and I'd buy again from them.

Absolutely terrible quality and awful customer services. Most of the parts arrived damaged, not functional, broken and split. My delivery was nearly 2 months ago and I am still waiting for replacement parts which keep getting rescheduled or cancelled without reason.

The 4x6 Pent Shed was delivered with poor instructions and unidentified pieces of wood- elbec is clearly too mean to give focussed instructions for their individual products ad certainly don't put themselves in the position of their customers demonstrating total lack of empathy. The quality of the wood was far poorer than our feather edge fence- full of knots - some of which have fallen out leaving holes in the walls - see photo. Some upright slats were literally bent at knot points and one actually arrived snapped.The feather edge boards themselves were warped in places and half inch of daylight clearly visible. Interestingly one of the last tasks of construction was to put up an elbec sign above the door - The company is clearly so ashamed of their products they didn't bother including one. I have several other photos illustrating the exceptionally poor quality.”

I'm a tradesman, and do various jobs for members of the public. Customer wanted a specific shed that this company provides. Delivery was in 5-10 working days. We are now at working days number 19, no shed. Despite numerous emails Elbec simply aren't interested. Customer service is non existent. I would never use this lot again, and would advise you to do the same

Our experience with Elbec was fine, but the product itself has been a disappointment. We've had it for a year now, and it has literally damaged some of our belongings. It leaks and builds up a lot of condensation, making the inside damp even when it's not raining. If you're planning to store your garage items, I wouldn't recommend a metal garage.
