Efoam Omdömen 

I bought a medium density slab of foam in 2020 from Efoam, mainly for the purpose of sleeping on (I have ME which makes finding a suitable mattress a nightmare).

It was comfortable and good value for what I got, however I've never been able to use it without it triggering eczema and allergy symptoms (runny nose, runny eyes, sneezing, coughing, rashes over face and body). Obviously it's always been wrapped up and looked after.

I've been fine with the majority of foam sofas I've used in my life, so I have no idea what the problem with this foam is.

I'm not saying that this is a problem which would affect the majority of people (indeed, it'd probably only be people who are unfortunate enough to be chemically sensitive).

However, I'm writing this fairly negative review because I sent an email to Efoam on the 30th May to try and get to the bottom of what the difference might be between foams which don't irritate me and foams which do and never received the courtesy of a reply.

I don't blame them for selling a product which might trigger allergies in one person in every hundred. I do blame them for ignoring me when I politely asked them for information/advice which would greatly improve my quality of life.

I have nowhere comfortable to sleep at the minute barring this foam which makes me unwell, which anyone with any experience of ME will know is horrific.

I would rather have spoken to a manager privately about this, but the staff unfortunately made that impossible.

I made a payment for some foam over the phone, and less than half an hour later a reoccurring direct debit to an unknown account was created. Perhaps this was a coincidence, but as I never usually give my bank details to anyone, I think not.

The incredibly shifty way the staff acted when I asked to speak with/get a call back/email a manager also suggests something very odd is going on among the sales team at this company. I have now had to cancel my card and make a claim to refund the fraudulent reoccuring payment and have reported the incident. I would avoid.

If any of the management team see this, I’d be keen to discuss further. On a different note, the foam was fine.

Ordered x3 seat cushions for a rattan sofa in our conservatory. After looking at various types of cushion foam on the website i opted for reflex superior firm foam with a stockinette cover. Price was surprisingly reasonable as there is an excellent discount if you purchase more than 1. Arrived by tracked FREE delivery in 48hrs and surpassed my expectations. Quality is amazing and fitted into our original cushion covers perfectly and are super comfy. I would highly recommend this great company and would not hesitate to use them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

excellent service from start to finish

As mentioned by others here, the density is NOT AS DESCRIBED. The seller provided foam which was IDENTICAL to soft foam previously purchased and the seller advertised this as "severe density" meaning it should be MUCH harder. Hence the product WAS MIS-SOLD. The seller was obstructive and has poor customer service. As the seller knows, it is not practical or cost effective for us to return the foam as the shipping and travel to shipping office is hardly worthwhile so wants the claim rejected, very, very poor business practise.

The service was amazing. Ordered Sunday p.m.
Delivery Tuesday p.m. Foam exactly the correct size.
Made my home made bench covers look really good.
I would highly recommend.

I required some foam for the Doggies bed. Debbie was a great help. Ordered the foam and it arrived within 2 days. Grear service, Great Prouduct Prompt delivery. (I'llbe back....)

Ordered foam that was advertised as severe (very firm)
Arrived and is very soft.
Definitely not as described.
They ignored my first email but eventually replied.
Not willing to refund.
Would definitely not recommend.

I used Efoam for two new sofa cushions. We have had a brilliant sofa bed for 20 years that was still in great condition apart from two backrest cushions that were losing their shape.
I sent off measurements to Efoam and they sent, within days, 2 made to measure cushions, with dacron/stockinette cover, which fit perfectly into our cushion covers.
Brilliant, accurate and quick service. Also very reasonably priced at £71 for both foam cushions. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service and excellent quality of foam. We ordered our modular sofa from another company and they did a horrible job of the seat fillings. Efoam made it extremely easy to order and vastly improve our sad seating. I made a mistake on my first order and Debbie helped rectify it immediately the next day. Very happy and will definitely order again!

Very quick delivery and packaged well so nothing was damaged, great range of all sorts of foams you’ll be hard pressed to find a better range, I’ll use them again no problem

Dont waste your money buying samples from efoam, they sent thin bits that all felt the same. Wasnt able to make a decision based on what they sent so visited The Foam Centre Glasgow, which is where i thought i was ordering samples from as efoam had hijacked their google link. Gavin at The Foam Centre cut within an hour exactly what i needed.

Order placed 21st December, email from efoam advising will be dispatched next working day. Still no order received.

I have used eFoam before and have now ordered some quality foam for a swivel chair seat it arrived well-packaged and fast delivery, with excellent service from a trusted company. Thank you.

I was so impressed with the 2 ladies Debbie and Charlie I dealt with on the telephone on 2 different calls both were so welcoming, helpful and reassuring, they showed good knowledge of the products and ensured that details I gave were correct.
As for the product, Got what I wanted it arrived within 48 hours, it was well packaged.I would definitely recommend EFOAM all day long.
