I had called them and they were very nice and answered all my questions , and I literally got it the next day. I've wanted this ring for the longest time.And I guess it was on sale , and I bought it , and it is absolutely gorgeous. It looks better than the picture is absolutely amazing.Exactly what I needed.I highly recommend this place

Love the discounts and Final Sale pricing, as fine jewelry is so expensive today. Also love the fact that everything arrives in 3-4 days. I have bought several bracelets and necklaces this year, and EFFY has become my favorite jewelry brand. Everything is high ed, yet easy to layer and wear.

My item was out of stock online, so I sent an online request to be notified if the item return to stock. Once the item was back in stock, I was informed, sent an estimate and also an online invoice to purchase the item. Everything with great with the purchase and in a few days my item arrived, and I'm amazed at the beauty of my Effy Panther.

The total karat weight was 1.37 and my purchase karat weight supposed to be 1.41. Other than that I was happy with my purchase.

I can't explain the feeling of putting on a piece of fine jewelry. Effy provides this experience every time I pull a green box out of the bag.

I requested modification to a pair of earrings. It was done to the quality and true EFFY-esque design, and they were delivered in time for Christmas. Can't get much better than that

Effy has the absolute BEST customer service! I purchased a bracelet months ago (last October) while in Grand Turk. I have not been happy with it ever since because it keeps falling off! When I contacted Effy, they went above and beyond to make me happy! They didn't have to. They happily exchanged the bracelet for one that I could wear. I truly appreciate what they did! Again, they didn't have to-I am the one who picked it out. However, they wanted me to be happy! Amazing company!!

The ring is beautiful and so well detail..

I recently bought a ring on QM2 Cunard ship. Loved it and my husband bought me another one for Christmas. My reason for 3 stars is that 34 days after purchase when we had returned home I noticed a missing diamond from the band. On contacting customer service at Effy head office, I was told that I could send it to New York for repair, they would send a prepaid envelope but on return I would be liable for taxes and customs and there could be no waiva on that. Alternatively I could send it to London but would have to pay the cost of sending it by special delivery which cost £19. The repair was done and the ring returned. However I understand from another jeweller on board that repairs are sent back free of custom charges etc. Also when I registered my rings is said 2 year warranty, which isn’t a lifetime warranty. They also say on board tax free purchases but fail to point out other charges. I will never buy precious jewellery onboard again.

Customer service was great. When I had a question, they promptly answered me. They kept me informed about when the ring would arrive and when it did, it was beautiful!

You use FEDEX for delivery never mentioning until after the purchase is made that it would have to be signed for. When I received tracking information it was incorrect. I had to call FedEx. They told me it was coming on Monday. I had to stay home from work to sign for this package that never showed up. I got lucky because two days later FedEx just showed up. And gave me the package. I never signed for anything. What a waste of time. I will never use your company again.

We bought a 3.5 carat diamond ring on Holland America cruise line -- At the time was promised all sorts of promises regarding re-sizing. Effy would send us boxes and shipping lables with insurance in the mail. Calling service on return to shore was told it wouls take up to two months for resizing. Would receive an RMA label over e-mail within 24 hours. Told person on phone that this was unaxeptable and would like to return ring since 30 days had not passed. He said he would send return label over e-mail. None has ocurred. Moral,., don't buy from EFFY or on a cruise line. Promises are not kept.

I neglected to apply a gift card and customer relations responded almost immediately.

Received a custom ring after exchanging one I’ve had many issues with. This custom ring is the wrong size and the wrong metal. Came in white gold and should be rose gold.

Previous ring had a stone fall out of the band after a couple months of wear. Sent back and it was fixed. Ring then became crocked. Sent it back and it came back still crocked. And while waiting for my custom ring to be made the center stone became loose.

Ho ricevuto un anello come regalo, molto bello esteticamente. Peccato che fin dal primo momento le "pietre" (sempre che lo siano) fossero poco salde. Dopo soli due mesi una si è staccata e l'ho persa, ovviamente la garanzia non copriva il danno, stanno molto attenti nello specificarlo per cui si evince che è una cosa ricorrente. Mi sono trovata con un anello pagato decisamente troppo, di qualità molto scarsa, per cui ho dovuto investire altri soldi per poterlo indossare.

I had a wonderful experience working with Conquela Dorrell! She is outstanding! She is intelligent and is great at her job. Always there when we needed to talk. She should be commended. Not many like her in the work scene any more.
