I’m a month late writing this, I moved home on 19th January, right in the middle a huge new launch in my business. Andrew and his team were outstanding, they packed up my home and moved me across London. Wow.

Firstly, I would now always book their packing service - their care, consideration and attention to detail was faultless. It was incredible how they organised each room, with zero stress. At my new home they laid protective covering over the carpets and swiftly moved everything into place - including putting all my furniture back together.

They had calculated the right amount of van space and people to move everything. They even offer a service to collect the boxes when all are unpacked!

They made everything look and feel so easy, there was none of the usual stress when moving. I actually enjoyed it!

You were so kind and happy, and even cared about my dog when he was very confused at what was going on!

Comprehensive removal service, well planned by Michael who took time to understand exact requirements then all the hassle of the move with parking permissions etc all sorted by the office. Team doing the work of the move were also great, friendly and very efficient and careful with everything. Also managed to get the piano upstairs in my new place! So many thanks to Michael and Sherlyn for organising and to Bobby, Talit Nanny, Andreas and Alex for the move itself.

Excellent service from the lads! Arrived early. Very organised and efficient. Put mats down to ensure no dirt in house & communicated clearly when rooms were cleared so I could start cleaning. Packed my bed down & put it up. Made the day stressless. 10/10

Absolutely great service. Edwards Removals recently moved our belongings from our 3 bed house in Hampstead to our new family home in St John’s Wood. Unfortunately our purchase didn’t quite align with our sale so everything had to go into store for 2 weeks.
Edwards took care of everything. Chris and his team packed our belongings so diligently. Just like it were their own. When our belongings returned, the team reassembled our beds, placed all the boxes back in the appropriate rooms and even helped me move some furniture around when it didn’t quite fit how we expected it to.

The move with Edward’s removal was a great experience. We moved from London to Preston Lancashire Talat and Chris moved us on the first day , they were very quick and efficient .On the second day 19th December Chris and Luke drove 250 mile and delivered our possessions wit great efficiency . sherlyn the removals manager was very up beat and promised everything would be ok . Thanks to the team , Robert Marsh .

Very happy with the service provided by Edwards. They arrived on time at 9.00am, put protection on floors, expertly packed fragile items and carried out the move speedily - all boxes were off loaded into my new home by 3.30pm! The Team were friendly and very helpful throughout the day. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had such a stress-free moving day thanks to the excellent team at Clockwork/Edwards. From the pre-move quote/details being confirmed by Sherlyn and Michael and all questions swiftly answered, to the brilliant moving team (Miro, Edgar and Chris) who arrived with smiles and a great sense of humour, we were very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism at every stage! We hope not to move for a while but would absolutely trust Clockwork/Edwards with our next move.

Needed to move all our stuff in a hurry due to builders starting.
2 days notice was all they had to move all our goods into storage.
After the wok was completed they again only needed 2 days notice.

Everything ran like ‘clockwork’ despite my worrying. The movers were polite, careful and considerate. Nothing was missing or broken.

We had a large (4,000 cubic feet) move at short notice to two different locations on the same date - one local and the other 100 miles. They did an amazing job with patience and a smile. Very impressive and a special shout out for Artur and Luke.

From start to finish the communication from the team was excellent. We had a 200 mile move from London to Yorkshire. Initially we wondered whether we would need a professional outfit, but so happy we did. We had to pay an extra day due to the distance, but overall it was worth it.

Special mention to Talak our removal guy, he was friendly and super professional, went out of his way to help move something upstairs for us at the new place. Stayed in touch and worked so hard and fast! to get us out, up and in. So thank you.

Edwards Removals (North London) just helped us move our home in Maida Vale and the team were absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. Packed up our house and everything arrived in our new home the day after our completion. We have now fully unpacked and they popped over to collect all our boxes. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! We received a few quotes from BAR companies and Edwards came in slightly higher than others however with how efficient and responsive our surveyor Ryan was with answering all questions the service stood out compared to others so we opted to book. The packing and move it’s self was just amazing the team went above and beyond with dropping a few items off to a local friends house with no extra charge or complaint and I honestly can’t thank them enough. Would highly recommend Edwards and the team

We contacted Clockwork Removals not Edwards so now we’re not sure where the final responsibility rests. The initial visit to the house to survey the job went well, we requested the full packing service and although the quote was the most expensive, we accepted on the basis of the company’s reputation and first impression. As we were moving 160 miles it was deemed to be a three day job. The team arrived promptly and were pleasant and efficient but too fast, making it impossible for us to see what was happening. In the event, some furniture which was screwed to the walls and should have remained was removed, it had to be returned to the house later in the week, it was not reaffixed. Several other items that the team were asked to leave were also packed up which has caused us considerable inconvenience.
We gave the company several days’ notice that instead of being delivered to another house our belongings were to go to a storage unit, making the unloading much easier and quicker. The unloading was completed by 1.30pm on day 2. We had been quoted and paid for a three day job. We have written to Mr Lear, the manager, to raise this but he has not responded or acknowledged our email. Hence this review.

We have subsequently been contacted by Clockwork Removals who have apologised for falling short of their usual standards. We have accepted their offer of a sum in recompense for the inconvenience caused.

I was very overwhelmed with sorting out the move from our old home to our new home, and when I reached out to Clockwork Removals and Storage company for their removals service, the whole process was very smooth and stress-relieving. I was anxious about being under a time-constraint but they were very accommodating - especially Marie and Ryan. The day of the move was very seamless and I am forever thankful to the whole team. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use their services, when required, moving forward!
