Having recently returned from shropshire and the WB holiday the first evening was really chaotic but our driver Chris Singleton took control and from the following day things improved,we found Chris to be professional funny with a sense of humour and with our friends made the holiday enjoyable thanks again Chris hope to travel with you again G and L Rowlands

Travelled to Disneyland Paris with Edwards coaches, I was really worried about the amount of time spent sat on the coach and being uncomfortable as I had fractured my coccyx a few months ago, but the seats were extremely comfortable and the trip was so enjoyable. Our driver couldn’t have been more helpful, can’t wait to book with Edwards again

Just yesterday returned from a fabulous five days to SHROPSHIRE AND THE WELSH BOARDERS made all the more enjoyable by Edwards coach driver CHRIS SINGLETON (CS). After a hiccup at the start (evening meal on arrival) sorted satisfactorily with the help of CS if it had not been sorted that first day the holiday could have been a disaster. CS was pleasant, courteous and funny also flexible in as much as making things as easy as possible for those of us who are not so mobile. Thanks to all Edwards staff for making the holiday a good experience. Anne Williams.

Another lovely stay at the Evans hotel Llandudno always good food, welcoming and attentive staff, and the entertainment and bingo are a bonus. A big thank you to our driver 'English' John, its our second time with him, he helps make the trip relaxing and enjoyable, we are akready looking forward to the next one!

Fantastic trip to Disneyland Paris, the whole trip from start to finish was amazing, the driver named Chris Singleton was just superb , explained everything to us from passport control to security , explained where to go from our hotel into the park , was funny , kind, very chatty and presentable , will 100% be booking again with Edward coaches

Fantastic Birmingham trip for the Christmas markets! Excellent value for money and perfect location of hotel. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend trip. Great driver (Richard) was so friendly and ensured everyone was happy and safe. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice weekend away. Will be booking again! :)

As always, Edwards delivers quality. We have just returned from our latest trip with this wonderful tour group.
We visited Studley Castle, leaving on the 14th of November and arriving home on the 18th. Our driver, Paul, was friendly and attentive throughout, giving us, as passengers, the option to choose the amount of time we spent at each destination.
The overall experience was what we have come to expect from Edwards......fabulous!

Just come back from 5 day trip to Belgrave Sands Torquay
HOTEL BRILLIANT ONLY TROUBLE 3 Hour stopover in Burham. It took nine hours to get home, Never again could have gone to Canada in that time, WON'T be travelling with Edwards again a good holiday ruined

Why is their twitter account suspended, and why do they regularly cancel tours

Currently on our way back from the Belgian gap in spa our driver chris is a credit to your company nothing too much bother and an a1 driver look after him he is an asset will definitely travel with you again

In July we had a family trip to Trouville Hotel Isle of Wight. The hotel was scrupulously clean and staff were absolutely fabulous. There were 6 of us and we all had seaviews in our 3 rooms. The coach trip was great, ferry crossing on time etc.

Had a brilliant time from start to finish.great driver chris he looked after us from start to end.meal was free on ferry going and coming home.meal before concert was fab.seat at concert fab .can't fault it

We went to Ascot ladies day ,the experience was absolutely fantastic,a trip to remember our driver Chris was helpful and happy, my sister has walking difficulties, Chris was more than helpful always ready with her walker when embarking from the coach, thank you Chris and Edwards coaches Lorna Jenkins x

Just arrived in Oban to the great western hotel what a disappointment,the hotel very shabby rooms very small also beds are more like a small double, we asked for a ground floor room and we on the first floor with lift out of action.

My daughter recently lost her Teddy bear on a school trip and was distraught. The guy who answered the phone was rude, disinterested and gave no reassurance he even cared. He told me to call back a few days later. He was equally surly and continued a conversation with his colleague as he told him he had "some woman on the phone about a lost teddy". Absolutely appalling

We’ve been with Edwards Coach Holidays for a very long time now, we’ve been on lots of coach holidays over the years, we cannot fault the service and value for money. But recently we went on a trip to Scotland (A Warm Highland Glow)on the 27th of March to the 2nd of April (2022) 7 days 6 nights, it was great at first a one night stop over up in the Lake District and then onto our main stop hotel up in Scotland, on day three which was Wednesday I started to feel unwell, I thought it could be man-flu, but couldn’t be sure, I went up into town looking for a chemist to get a Covid-19 test kit, no sorry said the assistant in the chemist we can’t get them for the love or money, so that was that, the following day the wife and I bumped into a couple that was travelling on our coach and told them I was feeling unwell and couldn’t get a Covid-19 test anywhere and they said we got some back in the room, I’ll get one for you now, which he did, the wife and I went back to our room, done the test and I was positive, so the wife went down stairs looking for Chris the bus driver to tell him the outcome of the test, but my wife couldn’t find him but seen the couple that give us the test kit and she told them it was positive and if they see Chris to let him know, later that day Thursday afternoon, I received a phone call of Chris saying I got some bad news and it can’t get any worse I’m sorry you got to self isolate in your room and because your wife is a close contact she as got to isolate with you to,we told Chris that we tried to get Covid-19 test kits in town but couldn’t get any anywhere, he replied I’ll try and get some for you and come back to you, which he did later that day with two tests, my wife done one of the tests and tested negative that same day and told Chris which apparently he as no recollection of my wife telling him and also the following day took the other test which was negative two and the two tests was reported to the NHS As was mine reported on the day before. What I’m very disappointed with Edwards Coaches is they would not let my wife travel back home on the coach, although she tested negative for Covid-19, four hours down the road the bus would have been back in England where the Covid-19 rules are more relaxed, the wife suffers with a bad chest and that’s all she needed to be stuck in a Hotel room, which she at to endure until I tested negative on to executive days and reported on the NHS site, it was the following Tuesday we could leave the Hotel and had to find our own way home to Cardiff, taxi and trains with three changes on the trains, it took us from 6.20am to 6.pm that night to get back home, it was a very stressful day to say the least, what I am saying is if I hadn’t said anything about me being unwell, none of this would have happened, on the coach everybody was told to wear a face mask while travelling on the coach, but there were some passengers not adhering to the rules, apparently it was the Hotel that insisted my wife should self isolate, which I find disgusting, when she would have been travelling back home with Edwards coaches Which is a private concern and not public transport. If we had known then what Edwards coaches would do to you if you caught Covid-19 on the trip, we wouldn’t have gone on the trip. ( Two very disappointed travellers).
