Prompt but…

The service was great and very prompt, only issue I had was that 4 of the 6 samples I got were faulty, they juice just wouldn’t come out or it would just dribble. Eventually they just fell apart and weee unusable.

First time ordering

First time ordering, delivery was really quick and the service was great. Loved the nice touch with the chocolate and samples and most of all Loved the perfumes. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Second Sample Order - FAULTY SPRAYER AGAIN!!!

Unfortunately, I decided to place a second order of samples from Edulge.

Despite the semi-reasonable prices in terms of sample vials (when ordered in multiple of 6), I must again flag the extreme cheap quality of the vials' sprayer.

As it happened in relation to my previous order (ref 24960), also in the latest order I placed (ref 29438) one of the sprayers is faulty and does not allow the liquid to be flow out. That's a fairly high failure rate in terms of quality, and this will be my last order.

Moreover, it appears that feedback is either ignored or not addressed as I haven't seen any comments from Edulge following my previous review.

Hi MJP, I am really sorry to learn that you had a bad set of perfume vials on two separate orders. That is not good at all. We will investigate this properly and relay to our suppliers to rectify. Apologies we did not reply to the previous review. We do not always look at our reviews on a consistent basis but do always responds to any customer emails. I have checked and did not see any email from you about these poor experiences. Amazing service

Amazing service, purchased my fragrance on Monday and arrived early Wednesday morning. Great packaging and also a kind note inside. Will be purchasing from here a lot from
now on

First Class Service

Had my first purchase from Edulge and Im not disappointed. Deliverd on time with a lovely card to myself and two samples with comments for using the two fragrances combined for layering. Definitely recommend Edulge will be using this company again Kind Regards Carl

Very quick delivery

Very quick delivery, however I only ordered a small sample and delivery was £4.95 which was more than the item cost. Would love to see a lower cost for samples so you don't feel ripped off with the postage costs. The addition of a complimentary Werthers Original in the packaging didn't really make up for high cost.

So easy to order and great you can get…

So easy to order and great you can get sample bottles too , delivery was super quick and with a personal note was lovely, and the chocolate heart , my daughter said " you need to order 1000s " just so she could a heart ❤️
Thanks again will definitely be ordering the full sized bottle
