Absolutely shocking experience – this is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I returned my entire order using their prepaid Royal Mail returns label, followed all instructions exactly, and have proof of postage. The parcel was confirmed as delivered on 20 February 2026, with tracking and GPS coordinates matching their returns address.

It has now been 46 days, and I still have not received my refund.

Despite providing all evidence, they continue to claim the parcel has not been received and say they are “investigating”, yet cannot provide clear answers, timelines, or even basic updates. My recent emails have simply been ignored.

Royal Mail has already confirmed the parcel was successfully delivered. If they cannot locate it internally, that is clearly an issue within their own warehouse or returns process — not the customer’s responsibility.

The lack of communication, constant delays, and refusal to take accountability is completely unacceptable. At this point, it genuinely feels like I am being messed around just to avoid issuing a refund.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, as if something goes wrong, you may be left in the same situation.

If this issue is resolved promptly and my refund is processed, I will update this review accordingly.

I returned my order (#34154) using the company’s prepaid returns label and followed all instructions correctly. The parcel was sent via Royal Mail, and the tracking clearly confirms it was delivered to their facility on 20 February 2026. I have also provided proof of postage.

Despite this, I have not received my refund. The company claims they have not received the parcel and that an investigation with Royal Mail is ongoing, yet no clear timeline, reference details, or meaningful updates have been provided.

What is most disappointing is the customer service. I have sent multiple follow-up emails over several weeks, many of which have been ignored entirely. Communication has been extremely poor throughout.

It has now been a month since the parcel was delivered, and the issue remains unresolved. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I will update this review if the matter is resolved and the refund is processed.

The aftershave smells identical but I'm afraid it's not original, it barely lasts an hour. I have worn the Azzaro Visit for men since its release in 2004, and always had it last the whole day, I gave Marcolinia a go this time and was disappointed with their product, it's like a watered down version of the original aftershave.

Amazing service and fast delivery for a quality product would definitely use again they even put a free body spray in packaging going the extra mile thankyou

Brilliant range of products and they had the parfum I was looking for at a super price. Also included in the order was a free gift which was a bonus! Delivery came next day delivery and was securely packaged. Nice touch using the 'fragile' tape. Will definitely use the site again.

Overall experience Amazing at first 3 orders. In the expand of 2 weeks I ordered 3 times already spending more than £300, I was happy with price, the authenticity of the product, the ease placing order and having item within 36hrs was amazing.
My goods was bubble wrap and some foam on the box making my goods so secure. On my 4th purchase on December 11, 2025 it only took 1 day and I received my parcel but one of the product i bought is missing. I message them on email right away, I try to call on there mobile number but it cancel my call. After 5hrs Costumer Service Team reply on my email and apologize. They told me they will investigate and ask the Packaging Dept what happen and they will come back to me in 24hrs. On the next day Dec.13,2025 they replace my goods and send it straight away. I received the product next day Dec.14,2025 via EVRI and they gave me extra gift and a note written in paper saying Sorry. Now my confidence and trust to the Company has come back and I am happy as I feel being valued dearly. The Costumer Service is top notch and fantastic. I will be ordering from this Company again in the Future and I put them number 1 in my list in the Fragrance Company. Will recommend to Family, Friends and everyone who love to buy Fragrances. Deserve to get 5 stars for me. Thank you very much.
