I'm overall satisfied
I'm overall satisfied since the cost of editing and the speed of the deliverly is good. On the other hand, I sometimes feel the level of editors somewhat differs. I accepted corrections made by an editor and the corrected sentences were further corrected by another editor in the next round of review, which is confusing.
