The Edinburgh Casting Studio Omdömen

Everything from initial contact, to their final “finishing and touch up” service was first class and professional. Great products backed up by excellent, honest and hands on customer service that exceeded my expectations. Hight recommended.

Arrived quickly. Looking forward to doing mine and my husband’s hands. Not used it yet.

Ordering on the website was quick and easy. The delivery arrived fast too.

Absolutely great ordered gift for the wife on Thursday 12th b4 valentine about half 10 in the morning and was delivered late Friday morning excellent customer service and delivery.

Very quick delivery . The delivery driver threw it over the fence instead of knocking on the door . Broke the bucket which you obviously need to make the casting . Rang them up and they replaced it . Received it the next day . The customer service was outstanding . I’m very impressed .

I bought two of the handcasts before Xmas but only one was delivered.

I contacted TECS who promptly send out another casting the next day. Super helpful and will be back once I’ve tried out my first casting x

Fast delivery, lovely experience and super end product, absolutely love it as have our friends.

A truly professional company, with professional finish, high quality products. Their customer service has genuine Scottish warmth and desire to help in any way possible.

Made contact with the company as had a question before purchasing a cast, quick response which was great!
Not used the cast yet with my dad but looking forward to it.

The cast we made of my mum and dad's hand us fantastic. They both recently passed away so it makes it even more special. I recently contacted Edinburgh Casting Studio regarding the dome to display it in. Sarah was very helpful and we received the dome and base the next day.

I have read the reviews on this product and was keen to purchase as a gift for a friend at the cost of £44, only to arrive at the checkout to be charged a further £16.95 for delivery. I could get free delivery if I spend £99 but I’m not doing that either, sadly I won’t be ordering, it’s a shame as I have heard great reviews but the delivery cost is far too high, in my opinion!

Not yet had chance to talk 6 yr old into being still for 5 mins. Will let you know as soon as it's done, thanks.

Second order I have placed , this time as a gift and the customer experience was very good. As it is a Christmas gift it was a nice touch that they included a message from us as we were having it delivered directly to the person. Very helpful through email correspondence with the request.

I have not tried it yet as it is a Christmas gift for myself and husband who is terminally ill, however I have high hopes

Fast delivery easy to order order looks great but is a present

This hand casting kit was purchased as a gift so cannot comment on quality but it was delivered on time and I am sure will be an appropriated gift

Ordered by phone. Spoke with lovely helpful lady and order received 3 days later with no issues. The casting sets are Christmas gifts so don’t know yet how they will turn out.

I ordered a refill and a glass dome, they arrived the following day. The glass dome was for a cast that we had already made and the refills are for gifts

I have done a cast before of my husband and I and thought it turned out great so this kit I received now is for a Christmas present so I am sure they will be over the moon with it as we were with our casting

It was sent with a signature for delivery I was at work and could not get the delivery. I have asked for a re delivery and I have no idea where it is now . Not at my happiest about that but I will try and track it down.
