Do Not Use This Company Can't Be Trusted Ever
after paying them £3436.80 for 10 year Maintenance Contract in 2024, for 2 years I requested them to repair faults, they never once returned call or sent Engineers,
COUNTY COURT I took out a small claim in the county court in 2026, I have now 21/09/2026 received all money including court cost and interest, £4044.00. small claim's work. I now check TrustPilot before buying any thing, this is my number one rule.

Amazing company to work with , great customer service and very reliable

We were a bit taken aback with having to fork out a lot of money for a new item to do with our solar panels. But the young man who said it could cause a fire did his best for us. It was all sorted the very next day by another very polite young man too. Very pleased.

I have added an extra battery to my solar system. They set up monitoring so I can see how my system is performing. Engineer explained the app and I must say it is quite addicting to see what I am saving. Impressive service.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Edge Solar. We had their Bird Mesh Protection installed around our solar panels, and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. The engineer was punctual, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly efficiently it was clear they really knew their craft and took pride in doing the job properly. 👷‍♂️🔧

A special mention has to go to Winston, whose customer care and support were second to none. From my very first enquiry, he was friendly, honest, and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely confident that I was in safe hands. I recently had a solar panel system installed with a FoxESS battery, and overall I’m very pleased with the results.

From the initial consultation through to installation, the process was straightforward and well organised. The system was clearly explained, including how the battery storage works alongside the panels to maximise self-consumption and reduce reliance on the grid.

The installation itself was completed efficiently and to a good standard. The team were professional, tidy, and took the time to walk me through the system once everything was up and running. All components, including the inverter and battery unit, were neatly installed and look well integrated.

Performance-wise, the system has been working exactly as expected. The FoxESS battery stores excess solar energy during the day and allows me to use it in the evening, which has already made a noticeable difference to my electricity usage. The monitoring app is easy to use and gives a clear overview of generation, storage, and consumption.

We had this company installed 21 panels and battery to our house 4 weeks ago. We have been so impressed with start to finish of the process and even the aftercare call we've just recieved , which prompted my review. Their knowledge and the experienced engineers that visited to install have all been great! Thank you 😊
