We are very happy with our garden room from Eden and also the whole experience from planning, groundworks, installation and aftercare. Eden have been excellent from start to finish. During the design there was lots of flexibility so the room could really be tailored to our needs and the space. The groundworks and installation were seamless and the whole thing took under 2 weeks. The whole team were friendly and professional. We’ve had our room for about 8 months now. There have only been a couple of niggles, and the team have been responsive and resolved any issues without hesitation. We’d definitely recommend Eden!

I spent quite a bit of time researching which garden room provider to use, and came across Eden Garden Rooms' fantastic online presence showcasing their work. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice.

Duncan, Kerry and Stephen were fantastic throughout, offering support and solutions along the way. The team who carried out the actual build - Sevi and Trevor - were excellent: on time, tidy, polite and faultless in their work. A real credit to Eden.

We did have a few hiccups along the way with the groundworks (which were subcontracted), rather than the build itself, but it's the way Eden responded to these issues that was second to none. Great communication, real accountability, and a finished gym I'm thrilled with. An approach of we are here to help and resolve - working together with great flexibility e.g. on one instance Steven and the team stayed until past 9pm with was really above and beyond.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Wes, Mick, Jason and all the team were great to deal with and always there when we needed to ask a question or clarify anything. The quality of the garden room is brilliant - exactly what we were hoping for.

We now have a lovely Garden Room thanks to the team at Eden. Every thing went like clockwork and the quality of the building is excellent. All went like clockwork. First Barry installed the screw pilling with no fuss or mess. Then, when the material arrived, Dave built the room and needs a special mention, his attention to detail was superb. Dan, Oz and Luke installed the electrical connection, again with no fuss or bother. All expertly project managed by Stephen.

This is our second garden room with Eden Garden Rooms. Our first experience was fantastic which is why we went back to them. Since then the founders have sold the company and I think you can notice a change. The communication and customer service has certainly dropped. There hasn't been anyone overseeing the project day to day. We don't know who is turning up when, today for example someone should have been on site and it's taken both my husband and I chasing to find out they aren't coming. The garden room is looking good but the process has not been as smooth as previously. And that was during Covid.

Eden have built the most fantastic garden room for us. The quality and craftsmanship is first rate. The team were all highly skilled professionals and very polite, considerate and friendly. Value for money is excellent.

Professional engagement and workmanship throughout, friendly and clear communication, extremely accommodating to our requirements, all representatives and builders pleasant and flexible while on site, went the extra mile voluntarily, and a superb result that we are delighted with.

I built a small garden pod to act as a home office with eden, and they did a great job. I live in a conservation area and eden handled all the planning permission and special requirements to get it built. Once the paperwork was out of the way, the build was quick and efficient. I'm very happy with the outcome.

Our experience of Eden Garden rooms has been nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. Our initial enquiry was managed by Wes who arranged a prompt site visit and walked us through our options to ensure we had a design which suited our requirements,
both functionally and aesthetically. We were assigned a fantastic project team headed up by Stephen, who consistently went above and beyond, ensuring we were informed of progress and next steps throughout the build, his communication was always clear and timely making sure he was onsite throughout which is always reassuring to the client rather than just being at the end of the phone. He worked tirelessly in the heat (3 week build during this unseasonal heatwave!) to ensure timeframes did not slip- no mean feat. The broader team of electricians, plasterers and screwpile fixers were always professional, tidy and really polite they are a credit to the company they represent. However specific kudos must go to our lead builder, Dave, who demonstrated the most extraordinary work ethic throughout our build, working his socks off to get the project over the line and providing practical and much appreciated advice on the ground for decisions which we needed to take. He was particularly conscientious when we had a children’s party planned half way through the build to ensure the site was clear and safe of materials even though it meant spending extra time at the end of his already long day of work to achieve this. Our finished product is beyond brilliant, we could not be happier with the final spec of our office room. From concept to build we would not hesitate to recommend Eden Garden Rooms; great people, great workmanship and great service. A real slick operation, thank you to everyone who contributed.

I’d been thinking about building a garden room for a long time and spent quite a bit of time researching different builders in the market. After speaking to several companies, everything changed when I first met Wes from Eden Garden Rooms — from that moment, I felt confident I was in the right hands.

That confidence proved to be absolutely right. The team delivered a high-quality garden room that we’re genuinely enjoying every day. The professionalism throughout the project was outstanding, especially from Ian and Max. They were fantastic — hardworking, friendly, and committed — working through rain, sleet, cold winter type days in May, and the very following week even intense heat with temps soaring to 35c, yet never compromising on quality.

Despite all of this, they completed the build in just three weeks, which was incredibly impressive. Everyone involved in the process was great to work with — they really listened to my requirements and ensured the final result met, and even exceeded, my expectations.

We love our new Eden garden room! We wanted to demolish and replace a disused garage at the foot of our garden, and Eden made this as easy as we could have imagined. From design through to planning permission, demolition and build, Eden were a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to many years of using our multi-functional gym / office / storage. We were particularly impressed with the respect they showed for our and our neighbours' property throughout the build. The team from Eden Garden Rooms were amazing from the beginning. Wes contacted me promptly and we arranged a site visit that was convenient to me. Wes was up front and honest about my ideas for the room, and gave great advice. You can tell Wes has years of experience.

Max, my lead builder, was very efficient and knowledgeable. He always went that little bit further to ensure the build was perfect. On his advice I decided to upgrade to having the exterior painted with osmo oil, which is a decision I am so glad I made now.

The entire team arrived when they said they would, were polite and made me feel I was a part of the build experience. Even in the pouring rain, there were no complaints, they just got on with the job.

The decision to add the path and fix the conservatory steps rounded off the project, and has made the room feel more of an extension than an annex to the house. Stephen spent a lot of time discussing options here to ensure I got the look and feel that I wanted. And he really is a grafter.

They say you pay for what you get, and in this case I certainly have. I honestly feel like I have gotten the best of the deal here, and our family now have a games room to create memories for years and years to come.
