Gaby and Micah were fantastic at delivering the right information in a polite manor and lighthearted manor. Just the approach you need. We need more people like these guys working with us lot in chairs. The manager Wendy lovely woman. Im leaving knowing what product ill be buying after being shown all suitable options. We took my Mother into the Wakefield…
We took my Mother into the Wakefield branch simply to see if she could use a "walker". WENDY was outstanding with her help and advice. She treated my Mum with care and respect altering the heights so she would feel comfortable whilst trying them out. Thank you Wendy!

Mobility Scooter
We visited Eden Mobility in Wakefield this week needing a mobility scooter. We were given a warm welcome by Wendy and Sarah. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. They listened carefully to what we told them and offered positive advice about what was available. Wendy knew Wakefield well so understood the areas we wanted to visit and knew which scooters would meet our requirements. The second scooter I tried seemed to be ideal for me and I was able to try it outside the shop. The ladies worked to ensure they could meet our restricted delivery needs. Today I went out on the scooter for the first time and now know that we were given good advice. Thank you Wendy and Sarah.

Wendy was absolutely brilliant, very patient and thorough and got my grandma sorted out in no time at all - even got her comfortable and cofident on the scooter whilst we were in the shop! 💕

Wendy was extremely helpful
Wendy was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She was very thorough in demonstrating how to use two different mobility walkers, including safety features, and listened carefully to Mum's concerns. We were very grateful to her for her kind and sympathetic approach and Mum (age 92) is delighted with her purchase.
