Won’t let me exchange (and pay more) because of their returns policy, which I was 8 days over because it was a gift. Awful customer service, I’d go somewhere else as they are so unhelpful despite multiple contacts

Lucky enough to find the last pair of past season Miu Miu frames I was searching for on Edel-optics at a brilliant price. Was hesitant about ordering from a company not well known to me but from reading reviews decided to go for it and happy to say the service was amazing. I opted to try the glasses on first before having them glazed with my prescription and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Frames were sent out to me via UPS and delivered in a few days, returned again via UPS (did need to use a printer for this bit) and completed an order online to add my prescription lenses.
Was surprised to receive the completed glasses back within 5 days and I really love them, lenses with anti glare coating etc. mean I can use them for computer use all day and they look great. All communication with the company was speedy and efficient.

Wow !! What a prices ! I have chosen edel-optics as they had exactly same sunglasses I purchased 2 years ago from different website for over 100£ and I really wanted same glasses and only on edel optics they had trusted reviews and half price compared to years ago, definitely that was a good decision. I have to also mention that glasses were delivered from Germany to uk in just only 6 days ! Will be buying again ! Already looking for spare sunglasses from edel-optics 🕶️

I managed to break the frame of my glasses at 11am on Wednesday. I found the exact same frame on the website and ordered them. They were delivered from Germany to my home in the UK at 11:30am Thursday. Absolutely amazing service and the price was astoundingly cheap.
I can’t praise this company enough. Thank you.

This company failed to supply correct lenses in a £400 pair of prescription glasses. This company doesn't respond to emails or complaints via their 'Contact Us' portal, no customer service response at all! UK, phone number totally unreachable! Ordered Mallow (Purple) phototropic lenses and was sent clear lenses that are non reactive to sunlight. No response to three sent emails asking for an explanation, no offer of reconciling issue or partial refund. I can not recommend this company at all! UK buyers please beware! Now seeking legal recourse!

After 2 months waiting for the items I bought I decided to cancel it.
This company doesn't care about her costumers. After many emails and calls I always received the same answer trying to avoid their responsability and not giving me any solution to the problem.
When they sell the sunglasses everything was easy till you pay. Then they start postponing the deliver because they don't have the item in stock. They should buy it from another seller and send it you if they care about his service.... but they don't do it, they don't care....
I bought the same sunglasses from another website and I received them in 2 days, only 2 days...
This company should learn how to take care of his costumers and how to solve problems, not only trying to avoid them.

I don't usually leave reviews but this time I think I should share my experience.

I ordered a pair of glasses on 26th of November. There was a great Black Friday discount, so I was very happy to use it as there were many nice design glasses on their website. I was waiting for my order for a few weeks and still there were no updates about it. I emailed them on 21st of December to make sure it's in process and when I can expect to receive it. They responded pretty quickly with the apology that it's taking so long and that my model will be available for delivery in 1-2 weeks because it is in the glazing process now. After a few more weeks I still didn't receive any updates about my order so I emailed them again on 16th of January. This time they responded to me very shortly that they can't complete the order and that they must cancel it. After a few minutes I received an email that my order was canceled and that I must send my bank details for a refund. I sent another email to them asking what the problem was, is it the problem with the lenses I chose or the frame was damaged, etc. I still wanted those glasses and perhaps we could find an agreement. They replied to me very shortly that the model can't be glazed and that's it. Well to me it doesn't make any sense at all. I saw this model in many other websites and if it's not possible to glaze then why is it on your website then? Why do you sell such expensive frames which you are incapable to glaze? And why did all of this take more than 2 months..?

I still don't understand why this website has so many good reviews...

Update:
They cancelled my order and processed the refund on 24th of January. I received the money only on 20th of February. So I waited a MONTH to get my money back. Unfortunately not a full amount of it. As I started to ask why I didn't get all the money the response was that they paid full amount, but because of the "exchange rate" I was paid less. Literally I needed to pay more than 10£ extra for THEIR incompetence! This is beyond everything! Beware UK buyers as they might going to refund you in euros!

Ordered for delivery before Xmas. Actually delivered on 19th January
