Mini Cooper S - Error, Footwell Module was at fault, sent away to ECUTESTING, their courier collection was very quick and efficient, whilst they had my module and through their repair service I was kept informed at all stages, on completion of repair the module came back in the same efficient manner, re-installed module everything working fine, based on the the work they did for me, I would highly recommend them - thank you ECUTESTING.

con un guasto hardware che non consentiva una lettura dei dati
mi hanno contattato telefonicamente , ringrazio il responsabile il sig. Antonio Farino, che mi ha dato delle indicazioni di come procedere per risolvere il tutto e mi hanno riconsegnato la mia centralina senza
alcun costo .

Be very careful with this company. They falsified a mechatronic test report that was actually written in Microsoft Word by someone called ‘Roger’ instead of being an official diagnostic from ECU Testing LTD. The document metadata clearly shows it was manually typed, not generated by testing equipment. I sent them a fully working mechatronic unit, but they claimed it had failed and charged me for an unnecessary repair. This is dishonest and misleading – avoid at all costs.

Terrible service, do not use. They could not repair my clutch actuator, then couldn't provide descriptive reson of the fault. I then sent my unit to Essex Recons and they repaired my unit within 2 days!!

I am a regular repeat customer for a reason! ECU testing are extremely competent and knowledgeable. Any unit sent to them is always processed swiftly with excellent communications throughout. Highly recommend this company for consumers and car repairers etc alike.

My Mechatronics unit was suspected of being my issue on a Seat Ateca 2018. all fault codes pointed towards it being my issue. when i sent it in for testing the fault couldn't be replicated, but the chap i spoke to said that could be down to many different factors. I was advised i could have the unit re built anyway or returned for the test fee. i opted for the repair and fingers crossed its worked - So far so good they turned this around in the quoted 3 days and i cant fault them they kept me updated throughout the process. Fingers crossed it lasts longer than the previous repair (NOT ecu Testing). although now i have the lifetime warranty which was one of the reasons i went with them. thank you ECU testing

After a discussion by phone with ECU testing on an issue we were experiencing with a Honda Jazz petrol
with a permanent Cylinder no.4 injector fault code and misfire and all other area's wiring etc..explored and examined we decided to send the engine control module for testing. After a couple of days we were contacted by ECU testing to say that no issue had been found while testing but they could fully refurbish the unit. When questioned on how it was tested we were told they could not dicuss the testing procedure and we could not talk to technician who tested the unit. We declined the refurbishment and paid €95 for the testing and postage to send it back to us. This we fully understood and accepted at that time as reasonable for the time involved. However when the ECU was returned we decided with all other avenues explored and uncertainty with the testing procedures of the control unit we located another company in Ireland to test and eventually repair the ECU. They believed unit was never opened and wondered how the unit had passed the 1st inspection especially as the resistor/ transistor that controls cylinder 4 needed replacing. They replaced it and ECU was refitted. No fault codes recorded and vehicle driving perfectly. Contacted ECU testing to express my disappointment as I prefer to try resolve issues 1st rather than leaving a negative review. However my complaint was totally ignored and I found the gentleman i talked to most unhelpful and reluctant to offer any explanation.

The abs module failed on my 2005 E90 bmw. To replace this for a brand new unit just wouldn’t have been viable. Ecutesting tested the abs module and replaced the components that had failed, plus gave a lifetime warranty. Very quick turnaround and because it was the original no recoding was required. I highly recommend this company.

I searched within the US for a service that could and world repair our Blue & Me module for our Fiat 500. With no one available here, I found ECUtesting in the UK. The company made it so easy to for me to place an order request, ship, get the repair done, and return shipment. The prices were very very reasonable. I was also provided a warranty on the service. And YES ! The repair was perfect. I rate ECUtesting as a superior service and recommend contacting them first.

EcUtesting made a valid repair to ecu, which let me add 60k miles on the vehicle. Unit failed again and ecu testing were not able to repair a second time, but lifetime warranty was honoured where they could have easily wriggled out of it. Top service, would use again, many thanks.
