Cartronix website quotes £120 inc VAT for the repair we needed to a transit courier instrument cluster. They confirmed this on the phone. Once we sent the cluster in, they told us the price would be double that, but it would be a same-day repair and sent back the following day. 7 weeks, numerous disappointed phone calls and a heap of bs later, they returned the cluster without having repaired it. Maybe the ‘international part’ they were waiting for didn’t show up.
Thankfully found a fab alternative, pro circuit solutions, who did the repair for £155 and had the cluster back to us in a few days.
Cartronix wasted weeks of our time.

Had a problem with Fiat Ducato LED in dashboard cluster. Rang for a quote which was £300 if LED screen needed replacing. Sent off Monday 12.00 hrs by 24hr delivery. It was received by Cartronix at 10.30 hrs Tuesday they rang me at 12.30hrs to say it was done and yes it was the screen. Paid invoice and £12.95 postage, unit arrived back Wednesday fitted and job done all working fine. Great company would highly recommend.

got a quote for £150 plus postage to repair my fiat ducato dash control panel. explained problem, all dials not working, gave me a quote £150. On receiving the panel they said it had another fault which would be another £100 for LED. Gave me the choice of not getting it fixed but no guarantee would be supplied with control panel so no a choice because had a motorhome with no dials, had to accept it. Came to pay, charged me another £16 postage to return it, no signature, not tracked, just dumped on my doorstep. Customers be aware.

No STARS 100% genuine complaint, if I do this for a living then how do I benefit in any way? I’m giving an honest experience with you? You’re a scammer and cheat you sabotage my car and that’s a reality that you cannot get away from I tried to leave a review on another platform but you blocked!!!

A very welcoming smile is always a good start for me. I had a cluster problem on my Old Ford cmax. I dropped of the keys and was told they would call in an hour to an hour and a half. Sure enough they called telling my car was fixed. For the lack of hassle and the professional way things were done. I thought the cost was an absolute bargain and would recommend to anyone. Great service with a huge smile.

Ford focus mk1 instrument cluster flickering, then dead, with various warning lights coming on and off. Posted to Cartronix on Wednesday afternoon. They 'phoned me on Thursday afternoon to let me know that they'd repaired it. I paid them and they sent it back immediately. I received it on Friday morning. Installed it and hurrah, it now works perfectly. This has been a superb service and I am so pleased with their rapid turn-around and work. Thank you, all at Cartronix.

Came from Birmingham to fix a rev counter LED light on a Skoda Octavia, fixed within an hour , brilliant service and would highly recommend 👍

I drove from Hertfordshire to Waterlooville to have the cluster done on my Ford Mondeo, upon driving g the car the radio does not not work or the cd player, which was working before they took the cluster out & put a new one in, upon phoning them 1 week later, the technician could not grasp what I was saying that something happened while they did the repair. Did not want to know about my issue just kept quoting it has nothing to do with the instrument panel which I understand, but something had happened while they did the repair. Spent £300 & now got to spend more sorting out an issue I did not have. The Technician was not helpful & put the phone done on me. Stay clear of this company

My Skoda Octavia speedo had lost its illumination, due to the failure of a tiny LED below the dial. A phone call to the helpful and friendly receptionist was all that was needed to fix up a next day appointment for me to take the car in. This I did, and just over an hour later. including their removal and replacement of the instrument cluster, the car was ready. Problem fixed. Excellent service. Recommended!

Taken my clocks there 3 times now.
First time £150 for apparently new screen needed
Car worked briefly then kept cutting out which is not good when on motor way
Returned them but again this massive issue with warranty!!
This could be simply resolved by emailing the invoice and warranty instead of old school paper ones which can obviously get lost over time.
So charged £40 just to tell me they were fine!
Sent them off to another company who found the fault on the solder joints where the plug attaches the clocks.
Good customer service to start off with then can’t be arsed computer says no attitude when it comes to warranty.
This is just my opinion im sure other people have had a different experience.

2015 Fiat 500 cluster repair of pixels missing, mixed up.
Found these guys after researching the issue. Filled out the on line form, then called them to make sure. Bit of a faf pulling out the dash (putting back was fiddly) however posted to them and the turn around was super quick three days post to them, fix and return. I thought i had an issue as Stalks were not working when I re-installed it. the customer service was great. I had another look and oops I had inadvertently dislodged the looms feeding the stalks. Be aware they come out easily.

I got the fully working instrument cluster back the first working day after Cartronix would have received it. And to think I sent it off assuming it was a no-hoper. Absolutely delighted. Now I just have to book my MoT...

Great speedy service and repair until you try and claim on their Lifetime warranty.I didn't have my invoice but provided the date,amount and last four digits as requested as they would try and trace our invoice in their system,he waffled about how many repairs they do and how many invoices they would need to look through(35000),this was followed by a shirty email claiming he didn't like the way I'd worded my email.This then finished with a refusal to do the re-repair unless I had my invoice despite giving the details previously requested,the lovely email started with"people like you make me sick",pretty poor service really and made me feel like a quality repair would not happen on its return or possibly being told it's not repairable judging by his attitude towards me.As mentioned in another review on here it seems all about shifting blame and not honouring the warranty and i now look forward to his petty reply on this review as seen on the other low star reviews

I sent my instrument cluster/speedometre to cartronix on Monday 3rd march and had it back on wednesday 5th march and fitted it myself. perfect, brilliant, everything working as normal again. what a service.
£150 plus postage. Thank you very much.

Repaired the instrument cluster in my Fiat Ducato .
We’re superb on the telephone when asking a few questions and turned round I 2 days including posting.
Fantastic job at a very fair price.

Recently had a major issue with my dash pod on ford focus st mk2.Sent to cartronix for repair fabulous quick turnaround .repaired and sent back same day. Fast and friendly service.highly recommend them...very pleased.

I am so happy .. sent my dash pod in for my audi A3 on Saturday afternoon, and they had it repaired and posted by Monday afternoon. I received it on Tuesday and fitted it back into my car, working as new. I'm so happy to see it operational again.

My regular garage said 2 weeks to repair at the cost of £500 and cartronix had it repaired within a few hours of arrival at less than £200 including return postage.

I did an internet search and saw their reviews, which gave me confidence in the company and thought it's only right to share my experience too.

My words are not enough, honestly, and I'm so thankful 🙏.
