Cowboy company
Cowboy company. I got a quote on the internet but i couldnt get through to anyone for installation. I emailed and no replies, called Craig on his mobile number and noone answers ur calls nor do they call u back. I guess its a sign that i shouldnt get my boiler installation with them. Hi Savas,
Firstly let me apologise for falling short on your expectations, we always aim to deliver the best possible service to our customers, and do our best to go above and beyond. I do however feel that the title and star rating may be a little undeserving.
I'll try and explain why, You applied for a quote online and then requested a detailed quote via email on Sunday the 18th Dec.
We sent you out a detailed quote on that Sunday, to which you replied with some questions. We then replied again that same Sunday with answers to all your questions.
We then didn't hear back from you until Monday afternoon, where you responded asking if the installation could be completed on Christmas Eve.
Unfortunately, this email I didn't get a chance to reply to (Please accept my apologies).
To give you an understanding, Christmas week we saw the office process in excess of 400 calls daily and countless emails, it's always our busiest period.
When we get to this level of busy all the staff are trained to prioritise calls and emails accordingly, that prioritisation will always be as follows.
1st priority, Existing customers.
2nd priority, New business and emergency work.
3rd priority, New business.
As a new customer who hasn't paid any deposit or made an order we would have an obligation to prioritise our existing customers and emergency work, I'm sure you can understand this does not mean as a new customer you're not a priority, it just means we have an obligation to meet our existing customers needs first (They've already paid for a service to which we need to provide a high level of aftercare).
On the Tuesday the 20th I missed a call to my personal mobile, at around 2.30pm.
At the time I was on a call on the office line and I do apologise that I wasn't able to take the call. Had you had just a little more patients you would have received a call back that evening, However by the time we got around to replying to our messages we had already had notification of your review, some two hours after I missed your call.
We hope you were able to get your boiler issue resolved and again apologise we were unable to help you on this occasion.

Exceptional service service
Excellent service. Craig was very helpful and has vast knowledge of boilers. He was able to share al information on the types of boiler. He put my mind at rest as my boiler broke fown and needed a new boiler. This was a quick process. I only enquired on Monday and Wednesday the boiler was installed.
Thanks to Craig and Mark who completed the installation. Mark was very professional , friendly and helpful. He completed the job within agreed time. He cleared everything and cleaned. I am very grateful for all the work.
Well done easyheat. I would recommend you without even thinking.

Craig and his team have been excellent…
Craig and his team have been excellent through out the whole process I called on the wednesday and the boiler was fitted on the Saturday. We had a small issue with the boiler and Craig came over himself to have a look and get it all working correctly a long journey from Wale s to Birmingham but nothing was too much trouble a real family orienatated business and cheaper than any other quote I had. A big thank you from our family to yours. Have a lovely Christmas

First class experience
First class experience from beginning to end. The price was the best I could find and the service and advice were first rate.
We wanted the boiler in a rush and Craig went the extra mile to move things around to get us a boiler fitted the next day.
Mark, the installer, was also excellent. Like Craig, he was friendly, helpful and professional.
We were more than happy with the whole process.

Highly reccomended
I cannot recommend this company highly enough! I have no experience of heating systems at all, Craig was helpful and responded to my many emails within minutes. The installation team worked diligently and ensured everywhere was clean before leaving. Craig gave a follow up call to check i was satisfied with the service and offered future support should I need it. The whole process was seamless, and I am an extremely happy customer.

Found eazy heat upon Facebook and gave them a ring. Craig was amazing from start to finish. Made everything so easy from start to finish. Engineer turned up upon the day on time and installed the boiler. I went with easy heat because they can offer an extended parts and labour warranty upon the boiler which was far greater than most offered by other company’s. Highly recommend them. Great price too compared to other company’s. Free detailed quotes with options of a choice of boilers helped with my choice with the choice of timer controls and filters. Would definitely use them again.

Craig from Eazyheat was brilliant from start to finish. After searching the Internet for different quotes and advice, Eazyheat came out best . Took a low deposit, not pushy and communicated all the way.
Had the boiler fitted on Saturday by a guy called Simon through Eazyheat, who were so nice and professional, again from start to finish.
We are very happy with our new boiler and would highly recommend .

Boiler Replacement
Having just moved house and finding an inefficient twenty year old boiler installed I requested a number of quotes from different companies. Craig's communication was excellent from start to finish, providing clear detailed quotes on a variety of boilers. Having selected the boiler we wanted we then decided to enquire about replacing some old radiators and installing TRV's - again Craig was swift with the quotes and very competitive. On the day the two lads who carried out the work were, friendly, clean and tidy and did a great job! Craig called in to check all was ok and rang again the following day to check we were happy and explain the warranty process. Overall an excellent experience - thanks again!

Great value and great service
Craig was very helpful talking us through our options tailored to our needs. Joe the installer was fantastic - the install was not straight forward and Joe went above and beyond to make sure we were happy before he left. You could tell Joe really takes pride in his work. Eazyheat offer a more personal service then the bigger companies and in my experience for better value.

Great work from engineer Joe
We had a combi boiler fitted recently. Due to the age of the old boiler it looked like it would be really difficult to install, however after reviewing the situation Joe the engineer came up with a plan to install. It took longer than expected but Joe came back to ensure everything was completed and working properly. Overall I was very impressed with Joes work, he removed all rubbish and cleaned everything once done. Craig from Easyheat made a follow up call to go through warranty info and to let us know if we need any help with anything they would be there for us. Great service and we are now happy to have hot water👍👍👍 would highly recommend.
